Sir i have F&D 2.1 speaker, suddenly it stopped working , no sound coming from speakers and from subs. but when power is given light turned on .
subs and speaker make a noise of tik tik after 1 second continously,
every cable is correctly inserted in subs . Aux is also working fine, but no output coming from speakers,

That's complete and utter rubbish. What you did is just a low pass filter which cuts off the high frequencies from your tweeter. So you could have the same effect much easier by just desoldering the cap going from speaker input to the tweeter coil. And, no your line filter is not really working well over the whole audio band, nor will it withstand the current the speaker could draw when being driven at full rated power. So, it's not just audio rubbish, it's just a complete fail at all.
And all it could do is put an unnecessary load on the amplifier because you are affecting the speaker impedance

Surely if you have a low pitched hum, it makes more sense to find the problem and fix it, rather than trying to filter the hum out...Dah!!!
You know what happens when u put 2 capacitors in series right ? 104 = 0.1 uF ... C= 1/(1÷0.1+1÷0.1) C=0.05 instead of using 2 caps why not just use a 473 or 563 cap. Anyway it's better to find the source of the noise and fix it then trying to put a band-aid on things.

Assuming that the speaker is in good condition, the problem is not in the speaker but in the amplifier or even in the source (radio, mp3 player, cassette, sound card, etc.).
You are defeating the purpose of the tweeter by doing what you did. And then again, why are you filtering high frequencies if you said that the unwanted hum is low pitch?

It is not pure ac or pure dc it is pulsating dc which produces sound
Bro audio amplifier doesn't put DC power out to speakers. They give AC signal to speakers. Try it if u have a multimeter to connect the spk out when playing music

This video is typical of others posted by S. Kumar: many of them indicate a complete ignorance and dismissal of the tech involved. Not to mention poor soldering technique: most of those in the video will end up as cold solder connections due to lack of sufficient heat. Well maybe not, if he is using a overly high watts rated iron (more heat than needed for the connections), but that could cause problems as well.
