It is amazing How much paints you have, you have achieved so much, and that skin tonę looks so Real,I wish I could have all those paints too,and at least try to follow your masterpieces!Great work Ian!
Absolutely Outrageous. Patience. Precision and an extremely steady hand. I have said this before, but this is outstanding to see. Thanks Ian. SUPERB STUFF. ATVB2U Scott Somerset
Thanks.....I'm working on a way to include colours in the videos so the next one will include that info.....also I will shortly be making PDF painting guides available to download on my Patreon page for these two figures and all future projects👍
Hi Ian, your figures look awesome mate ive just bought all the german uniform paints, ak 3rd gen, they are really good to use. keep up the fantastic work you are doing, buddy, very inspiring indeed, mate. cheers Gary 🇬🇧
Amazing work, the camouflage painting of the smocks is stunning. Could you show what colors you are using, especially on the flesh, like you do on your dioramas? Saw the order you outlined them on the wet palette, just a quick glance/shot of the mix or drop you’re using.
Thanks......Flesh colours are from the AK 3rd Gen Flesh & Skin Paint set......this video was a bit of an experiment but my latest video, hopefully shows more detail on colours including wet palette mixing 👍
I have been eagerly anticipating this video since you announced the new channel. Was not disappointed. The two figures are wonderful. Love you brush control, and how you support your brush hand. Do you use any kind magnifying device when paiting your figures? I hope you do some German paratroopers in the near future as well some Italian and German Afrika Korps figures. Awaiting the next video. Thank you from Bob in Reno
Wow, I was looking forward to this Chanel. Your figure painting skills are incedible. Just one question, is it possible to add subtitles with color names or codes, pretty please?
Thanks......the colours are all in the paint sets shown at the start but lots of those used for painting are mixes of 2 or 3 different ones, so it would be a monumental task to add text for them all to the video. I appreciate why you'd like to see which colour is which and I have some ideas for future videos but I need to find a way to do it that is a happy medium between presenting information and the amount of input required when editing videos. I'm sure you will appreciate that typing subtitles out for a week isn't anybody's idea of fun but hopefully I'll find a way that works👍
Alpine bringt großartige Figuren heraus. Das einzig negative sind immer die gleichen SS-Figuren in Tarnuniform. Warum nicht endlich SS-Figuren in langen grauen Mänteln wie zu sehen im Film "Schindlers Liste"??
Good memory......the Officer figure was the first figure I did a painting video for about 6 years ago.....I thought he deserved a re-visit as hopefully my figure painting has improved since then👍
Absolutely wonderful video, grazie mille
Very perfect video. Relaxing, explaining by showing, high quality results. Thank you.
That was some serious work you did there. Great job.

The AK 3rd Gen paint sets are great as they have all the colours you need👍
Patience of a saint!!!! Excellent work Ian just love what you do end of 👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Great work. Saved for future reference. It would be nice if you showed what colour is used at each stage.

Very nice work. Love it. I wouldn't call it a hobby. You are more of an artist with a skill of detailed passion.👍💯%
Definitely goes beyond mere “hobby”. Without a doubt, we are watching an artist display his skills.

Very good paint job, I love the way you work 👏 👏👏
Excellent work 👍

Didn't realise you had a second channel, must of missed the heads up. Now subbed, cheers.
Nice work!
Thanks👍
Very good.
Richtig geil, deine Figuren sind immer der Hammer genau so deine Fahrzeuge und die Dioramen❤❤👍🏻😀
Very nice. I think it is worth also painting eyebrows and fingernails.

Glad you like them........Yup, glasses and magnifiers are non-negotiable for me these days, lol
Wunderschön 👍🏼⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I found when diluting AK3rd gen some paints get a lot lighter in colour no worries though i use a darker filter after applying them

Wow amazing how long from start too finish plz ? I think I rush my figures that don’t look good as these not by a long shot - well done great video 😊😊
Wow!!!!!!
Hi Ian, what wash did you use to tone down the camo on both figures, mate?
I made it a bit darker but it was just a wash of the base colours for each camo👍
@CWMiniatures nice one thank you.

Isent that the same figure you painted a few years back with dot camo
