We can only hope we don't see her again on Old Two Bags Blvd.maybe wishful thinking . They all need help to get clean The Street Peaple that have a drug problem , The Mayor and City Officials need to get involved .

This is nothing, so many addicts have seen someone die from an overdose right in front of them and not even that is enough to stop them using. Not to mention all the addicts who have almost died from an overdose themselves and keep using!!! Addiction is so powerful it overrides all those fears.

Feline...... I gotta give you 1000 compliments on your use of graphics on ALL of your videos. They are artistic and tasteful, and respectful. So is your choice of music, and when you choose to NOT use music. Ar you a musician or graphic artist by trade?
I agree, many people say addiction is a choice and to some degree that may be true! But where is the humanity in all this! What’s happened in this persons life that made them think this was the only way to find peace!!
I wonder if these were free-sample folks, but probably not. It was late in the day... I wonder when seizures are likeliest to occur -- shortly after 'consumption' or an accumulation during a day?
Seizures can happen at any given time! In her case it may have been coincidental after using but we will never know!!! Certainly the drugs didn’t help.
When I first read this, I missed the Blvd. and thought it said 2 Bags. I know they must get a lot of calls, but this seemed like forever. I hope she’s ok. The guy in the white T shirt is a hero.
Im sure she will be fine after getting free medical care and will be back to doing the same thing in no time. She is loving her life on the streets no doubt.
I’m not sure she’ll be fine after that seizure. It lasted several minutes before medical aid arrived! The results could be catastrophic! I’m not sure if she’s been living her best life either! Living with an addiction and in poverty isn’t a good life, but if compared to the life she escaped, maybe she is…. Just food for thought 💭
Why were the cops there? One stayed in his car and the other showed no interest until EMS had it under control . What a waste of taxpayer money They were no Kojak
What are you expecting them to do? They’re down there in the middle of basically what is hell on earth, trying to make some kind of sense out of it. For the most part, their hands are tied. They can barely keep these people from killing themselves and killing one another. Actually, they can’t even do that.
Happens constantly. This lady will do this to herself again the moment she is released from the hospital. Nothing they can do. Cops are there for OD control and violence control. That's it.
These police are worthless and inhumane. They drove by several times and didn't stop. The one has stopped and doesn't even get out of the car. The other gets out of the car and stands there chatting. Worthless.
How about you wonder... how many times that day did they already bring somebody back only to be spat upon or called horrible names for ruining "their high". Yes, it seems cold & callous. It's all part of life down there. At that point there was nothing that the cops could do. They called the people (medics) who have the tools to help. I know so many cops that had to leave Philly for suburban police depts because of burn out. It's only getting worse. I pray for that woman. I hope she sees this video. Sadly, unless they want help, there is nothing anyone can do to get them help.
I don’t understand it either! What was their role in this situation? What value did they offer? These are responsible questions when you consider their yearly salary is over $89,000……

@@MadeByMaeCrafts I hear what you’re saying and I understand the frustration of the police and the emergency services. Seems like all Kensington boils down to is an open air hospital and psyche ward.
🥺
I've been trying to think of a word or statement for what this is. "Open Air Hospital and 5051 Psych Ward" is perfect!
Kenzo is a magical place
Dont you see the trails
If this isn't out of control then the definition of control has changed. It is going to take drastic measures to fix this.
I pray that she survived and finds recovery. God bless the man in the white shirt who stayed by her side.

Just wondering how many times EMS and the police see this in a day. Either a bad dose of the drug or to much. Prayers for that person
Wow that was a long seizure! How sad.😢
She was seizing for a long time! 😔
That was a long serous seizure !!!
It isn’t good….
More than likely she has been debilitated or disabled from this episode. ☹

And good job FE. People need to know. They do.
I hope the people that can make a difference see, clearly the "regular" citizens can not make a difference in this situation 😑
It’s so freaking sad to see this happening.some people forget that we all are human beings and sometimes things go south.Hopefully she recovers 🙏
