One small doubt,In your eg :You buy dabur at market price and stop loss at 570, how to sell this when it cross 600. What is the difference between BUY Stop loss triggering prices and stop loss limit price and Sell Stop loss triggering prices and stop loss limit price.
In delivery, there is no short selling at all.. It should check whether we are holding shares, if so, Then it should not allow us to put stoploss buy order..

If you are placing stop loss order for a buy order, then when placing stop loss order, you will have two option, stop loss market order and stop loss limit order, you can simply choose stop loss market order and enter the trigger price, which is the stop loss level

Yes, you can cancel that order if limit is not filled, or you can modify and change the levels as well
