Today 14th Sep'23 BankNifty rallied up to 700 Points & the CPR in any Timeframe was wide range CPR. Yesterday 12th Sep'23, the CPR was narrow and still move around 500 Points from top to bottom. I really wanted to learn on how to use CPR for its popularity but instances like I have mentioned doesn't allow me to take any trading decisions. Your opinion please
U need to backtest more charts bro.. only then you will get exact idea... untill then watching videos and taking trades on one or two days doesnt work... backtest for atleast 3 months.... check how many SL and how many TARGETS out of that.. Then trade with single lot for few weeks, SL and loss are inevitable in market, dont worry about it. End of month check how many SL and how many profitable trades you got. Patience, trade and risk managent, practice, reading charts daily,... gives you enough confidence... These are something got me in profitable ways... Narrow cpr apo range bound ahavum irukkum, wide apo trend um ahum, but its all about how many times this happens.... idhuku answer neenga backtest panrapo kedaikum...
One query. You mentioned wide range cpr formed after a trending day. You are right. If it is trending day stock then possible of stock going upward crt ( based on momentum strategy) how can handle this. How to take decision on that?
