The last moments of my mother’s words before she died in the ICU: I asked my mom, “mom do you know who I am” my mom replied: Subhanallah Alhamdulillah, again and again. The Doctor said her brain is in seizure but was amazed that she was praising God despite her brain being not present! What a gift!😭😭😭😭 She was a women who loved Allah and His Rasool (saw) loved cooking for the masjid❤️. May Allah bless and honor all of our parents say ameen!

When I was first diagnosed with my illness, I used to think of it lightly and didn't think much of it. After some time I started complaining about it. But then over time I realised, Allah has blessed me with my chronic illness so I can thank Him and be reminded that my sins are constantly being wiped.
Allah blessed me with hardships and pain so I can be closer to him. Even if my illness were to turn worse and I die from it, I know that Allah is merciful and He decided this illness for me so I can benefit from it.
    Alhamdulillah

    Subhanallah this was so beautiful.
Last year my granddad was ill. It was his last Illment.
    We knew he would go.
Several times doc said this will b his last night. Every time I called him, he said allhamdulillah I’m fine and I was so confused. How can he b so content? He was having pain, he suffered but still said he was fine/
The doc came and checked his bp which was 40/20
And my granddad still said I’m fine
Then the doc said “I can’t understand this mans willpower. He has a horrible bp and still says he is fine”
Two days before his death he said he wanted to hear sura al Imran
Subhanallah eh several times said the shahada and left the world
When he died my aunt said he hasn’t met anyone with so much patience. He had a tumor, his legs and hands were swollen, he couldn’t breath properly
    And still said allhamdulillah
She is sure he will enter Paradiese form the gate of patience
Plz keep him in ur duas

Isn’t it beautiful how Allah swt. tells us, that if a ill person becomes healthy, he will replace his blood and flesh with better. So look; if someone has for example an illness and comes over it, the immunecells in the blood became resistent against that illness and the person will not be sick with that illness a second time. My beautiful, kind & gentle hospital at the age of 30 passed away when his brain was shut off from brain cancer progression, he was completely unconscious for a few days but in his last moment Allah allowed him to wake up and say la ilah illalah continually until his soul was taken. Every day I spent with him whilst he was ill, I felt peace and contentment and Allah's presence with us. May Allah grant him the most exalted and highest of stations with the Sidiq, the Shuhadah & Awliya, may he in the blessed company of our Rasool (saw) and may I be reunited with him in the best of ways. I listened to this twice or more. I cry harder each time. It’s so beautifully said. I feel Allah’s blessings on Iman Omar.
I was sick and no one came. In fact the person left me while I could not walk or barely breathe. It was a family member. I realize Imam’s beautiful words of Allah. When he stated that Allah said you did not come to me. I am human Allah was there him self😰 when I felt like I was going to die. Allah I praised. The whole time. I suffered for 12 days straight non stop. No one came. I say all this due to I bare witness there is no God but Allah and Muhammad is his last messenger. I also feel Iman Omar and the way he tells us of Allah is a true ANGEL in Human Form. 👑
Than you for these words. I now understand what I need to keep doing. I will carry no regrets no guilt. For you told me Allah really loves his Orphan as mentioned in the Holy Quran.
    Salam 🙏

    Summary:
When someone visits their sick brother or sister for the sake of Allah (SWT) then the reward for visiting them is multiplied.
Prophet (SAW) said that when a person is sick then Allah (SWT) sends 2 angels to accompany that person in their illness. These angels make a record of the people that come to visit the sick person and also the response that the sick person gives to his/her visitors.
If the sick person praises Allah (SWT) when asked about how they're feeling then the angels take this response up to Allah and Allah (SWT) says that If I causes My servant to die then I will cause him to enter Jannah and if I heal that person then I will replace his blood with better blood, his flesh with better flesh and wipe out his sins.
In another hadith, the Prophet (SAW) said that on the Day of Resurrection when a person stands before Allah (SWT), He will ask him "O son of Adam, I was hungry and you did not feed me?.
The son of Adam will reply "O Allah, how can I feed You (SWT) and You (SWT) are the Lord of the Worlds."
To this Allah (SWT) will say:"Such and such slave of mine was hungry and had you gone to him and fed him, you would have found your reward with me or with that person."
Similarly, Allah (SWT) will say "O Son of Adam, I was thirsty and you did not you nourish me."
Son of Adam will reply: "O Allah, How can I nourish you and You are the Lord of the Worlds?"
Allah (SWT) will say "Such and such servant of mine was thirsty and had you nourished him you would have found your reward with me."
Subsequently, Allah (SWT) will say "O Son of Adam, I was sick and you did not you visit me."
Son of Adam will reply "O Allah, how can I visit you and You (SWT) are the Lord of the Worlds?"
Allah (SWT) will say that "Such and such person was sick and had you visited him, you would have found Me (SWT) with him"
Moral: If you are patient in your illness then not only does Allah (SWT) reward you for it but Himself is with you which is the best of all rewards!

Whoever performs their ablution carefully and then affirms (their faith by testifying): “Ash-hadu an laa ilaha il Allah wahdahu laa shareeka lahu wa anna Muhammadan `abduhu wa rasuluhu; Allahumma-ja’lni min at-tawaabeen waj-a’lni min al-mutatahireen”: ‘I testify that there is no true deity except Allah Alone, Who has no partners, and that Muhammad ﷺ is His slave and Messenger; O Allah, make me from those who repent and purify themselves’ - the eight gates of Jannah are opened for him so he may enter through whichever of these gates he desires.[Tirmidhi]
    22. Whoever says: “Radheetu billahi Rabba, wa bil Islaami Deena, wa bi Muhammad Nabiyya” - ‘I am pleased with Allah as my Lord, and with Islam as my Religion, and with Muhammad as my Prophet,’ Paradise would be (made) mandatory for him. [Abu Dawud]
    23. Narrated from Abu Hurayrah that the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “There is a soorah of the Qur’an, with thirty verses, that interceded for a man until he was forgiven; it is ‘Surah mulk, Tabaarak Alladhi bi yadihi’l-mulk (Blessed is He in Whose Hand is the dominion)’ [al-Mulk 67:1].”
    24. if you memorise the first ten verses of surah kahf it will protect you from dajjal
    Holy prophet (SAW) SAID:
"In three situations if you pray a dua it will definitely get accepted"
    1)your body start shaking
2)when you got fear in your heart
3)when you got tears in your eyes
The Holy prophet (SAW) also said:

Shaykh Omar, may Allah preserve you and strengthen you to continue inspiring us and all sincere scholars of this dynamic religion. I've recently been discharged from hospital after surgery to remove fluid from my lung. Listening to this made me feel guilty because of fear that I may have complained to anyone. I pray that Allah forgives me for such weakness and I'm utterly thankful that I've been able to recover. I am still in recovery but listening to this was more valuable than recovery. My heart and soul felt like it was embraced and hugged so that I could burst into tears because of the immense Rahmah and Bounty granted to us in such situations without knowing, specifically knowing that Allah is with the Sick. That end note hit hard. Very very hard. Shukran Katheeran Shaykh for this, your delivery is prophetic. May Allah keep you on this path and increase you in this great good

    1. It was narrated that Abu Umaamah said: “The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Whoever recites Ayatul Kursi immediately after each prescribed prayer, there will be nothing standing between him and his entering Paradise except death.”
    2. Abu Hurairah reported that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: He who says, ‘Subhan-Allahi wa bihamdihi‘ (Glory and praise be to Allah) one hundred times a day, his sins will be obliterated even if they are equal to the extent of the foam of the sea. (Al-Bukhari and Muslim)
    3. Abu Hurairah narrated that the Prophet said:“There are two statements that are light on the tongue, heavy on the scales, and beloved to the Most Merciful: Subahana Allahi wa bihamdihi, Subhana Allahi Al-`Azeem (Glory and praise be to Allah, Glorified is Allah, the Most Great.)” (Al-Bukhari)
    4. Abu Hurairah reported that the Prophet said: He who repeats after every prayer: Subhan Allah (Glory be to Allah) thirty-three times, Al-hamdu lillah (praise be to Allah) thirty-three times, Allahu Akbar (Allah is Greatest) thirty-three times; and completes the hundred with: La ilaha illallahu, wahdahu la sharika lahu, lahul-mulku wa lahul-hamdu, wa Huwa `ala kulli shai’in qadir (There is no true god except Allah. He is One and He has no partner. His is the sovereignty and His is the praise, and He is Omnipotent)Will have all his sins pardoned even if they may be as large as the foam on the surface of the sea.” (Muslim)
    5. Zaid ibn Harithah narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whosoever says: ‘Astaghfirullaha al-`Azeem al-ladhi la ilaha illa howa Al-Hayy al-Qayyum wa atubu illayh(I ask forgiveness of Allah, the Magnificent, than Whom there is no deity, the Living, the Sustainer of existence, and I turn to Him in repentance,) his sins will be forgiven even if he should have run away from the battlefield (while he was engaged in fighting for the Cause of Allah, which is a grave sin in Islam). (Abu Dawud and authenticated by Al-Albani)
    6. The Prophet peace be upon him said "Whosoever recites Durood Sharief on me 10 times in the morning and evening, I will intercede for him on the day of Qiyamah." (TIBRANI)
    7. Whoever reads Surah Ikhlas ten times, Allah will build a palace for him in Paradise. ‘Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) exclaimed, “If that’s the case, then we will increase in our palaces!” The Prophet ﷺ (may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) responded, “Allah is better and greater (in reward).” [Ahmad]
    8. Whoever reads Surat al-Kahf on Friday, it will act as a light/protection for him from one Friday to the next. [Bayhaqi]
    10. [Abu Dawud]
    11. Whoever asks Allah for Paradise three times (Allahumma inni as’aluk al-Jannah), then Paradise will say: “O Allah! Enter him into Paradise!” And whoever seeks protection with Allah from the Fire three times (Allahumma ajirni min an-Nar), the Fire will say: “O Allah! Protect him from the Fire!” [Tirmidhi]
    12. Whoever is easy-going, gentle and kind, Allah will make the fire forbidden for him. [Hakim]
    13. In Paradise there are rooms whose outside can be seen from the inside and the inside can be seen from the outside. Allah has prepared them for those who feed the poor, who are gentle in speech, who fast regularly and who pray at night when (other) people are asleep. [Ahmad]
    14. Narrated from Abu Hurayrah that the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “There is a soorah of the Qur’an, with thirty verses, that interceded for a man until he was forgiven; it is ‘Soorah Tabaarak Alladhi bi yadihi’l-mulk (Blessed is He in Whose Hand is the dominion)’ [al-Mulk 67:1].”
    15. Say this 3 times for 6 hours worth of reward: Subhan-Allah Wa bihamdihi, ‘adada khalqihi, wa rida-a nafsihi, wa zenatee ‘arshihi, wa midada kalimatihi(Allah is free from imperfection and I begin with His praise, as many times as the number of His creatures, in accordance with His Good Pleasure, equal to the ink that may be used in recording the words (for His Praise).” (Muslim)

    17. Types Of Sadaqah Every Muslim Man and Woman Should Know.
Sadaqah is not only linked with money. We often think that taking out money from our earnings are Sadaqah, but there are many ways we can do it!
    These are the 17 types we can take out Sadaqah;
    1. Dua.
If you are just praying for the person who you care about or any person who has asked for you dua.
    2. Knowledge.
Spreading knowledge among the people who can’t afford it.
    3. Advice.
Giving wise advice to your younger siblings or people who are younger than you.
    4. To smile at your Muslim brother.
Talking, meeting and greeting the people you meet.
    5. Help.
Help the poor and help the people who can not help themselves. Solving people problems can also be the thing you can do.
    6. Time.
Taking time out for the parents and your wife/husband is also a sadaqah.
    7. Tarbiyyah.
Nurture (Tarbiyyah), growing up your kids well mannered is also a sadaqah.
    8. Patience over difficult times.
Be very patient, do not yell about your problems to anyone. Allah will solve them for you.
    9. To advise for good.
Advice your misguided friends to be on the Path of Allah.
    10. To stop from evil.
Do not plan the bad thing, do not hurt or kill any living thing.
    11. To talk softly.
Do not be harsh and Rude, Allah does not like Arrogant people.
    12. To forgive.
Forgive the people who ask for your forgiveness.
    13. To give respect.
Giving respect to elders and youngsters as well as giving credit to the people who deserve it.
    14. To be a part of someone’s happiness.
Being happy in someone else’s happiness, DO NOT BE JEALOUS!
    15. To visit the sick.
Visiting the sick is also the Sunnah of our beloved Prophet (PBUH)
    16. To remove harmful things from the path.
Such as removing the stone that comes to your way.
    17. To guide someone on the right way.
Guiding means, if someone you see is misguided, then guiding that person to right path.
Share it with your friends.May Allah forgive is and guide us, (Ameen)

Assalamu Alikum Brothers and Sisters. I need to ask, and perhaps someone from Yaqeen Institute can help, or even someone else? If you have a life long chronic illness that is genetic and causes more harm to a human over time, does that mean that Allah SWT is always with you, as well as the two angels spoken about in this video? Alhamdulillah! Jazak Allah Khairan for the help with this question! And, my dear Brother Imam Suleiman, I love you for the sake of Allah SWT. You are a wonderful person, and I believe Allah SWT has blessed you and loves you greatly. You share your life's work in Islam in such a beautiful way! May Allah SWT grant you much goodness in this life and Jannatul Firdaus in the next, Ameen (Astaghfirullah...)!
