Question. After the first round of being the sheriff, is there any scoring or payout of more gold or is the gold amount set when seeing how many players you are going to be?
There isn't any scoring until the end of the game and no matter how many players there are everyone gets $50 worth in gold to start. The only way to get or lose gold is when it's the sheriff's turn to inspect the "goods" you've put in your bag. If you were truthful with what you've told the sheriff and the sheriff opens your bag then you get X amount of money equal to whatever each GOLD number is on the bottom of those cards(Ie 4 Bread and each having a value of 2 makes 8 gold) that the acting sheriff has to give you. If the Sheriff inspects your bag and there's illegal goods then you must pay the sheriff X amount equal to the total number on the bottom of said illegal good as well as lose said illegal good.
I haven't been doing the end of round phase! I've been going into the next round and drawing from discard/deck up to 6 at the market phase. Doh! Great video.
Seen a bunch of vids on this and even played it a handful of times. Still dont understand trading cards from the 2 discard piles. Cant be as simple as just take the cards you want before others players at any moment can it?
Very impressive presentation , the outfit , the room, all look superb as always ...there is only one but , for the game itself. i have recently played the game with friend who are much more familiar with this game and got to one conclusion , this game have no strategy at all. If you can tell whenever someone tell true or false that the only advantage you will have it so random that basically i found no way to make sure you will win. maybe it is just my point of view but nevertheless...
I came here for a smile of this gorgeous lady and got very nice review for a very nice game, well done , here is my thumbs up! Also noticed that most comment are for Becca not about the game...-_-"
"Most literal cash on hand" - is it purely "face value" or "actual trading value"? Because someone with a few thousand Yen would win over someone with Pounds Sterling. or, in my case, I carry a few tens of billions in Zimbabwe Dollars.
I know talking about these games and playing them requires a good deal of imagination...didn't thought it had be so much imagination that we would start talking about "Patriarchy"
Guilty that im only here to see Becca; i don't own this game(never will) yet ill listen to her explain it anyday. Wish they would do a how to play of S&S or La Granja. I would love tutorials of games with more depth as the writing is perfect and she is flawless in explaining. Lifetime Subbed, Cheerz.
Legalize pepper! 😡
Well, in this video they did at 4:06.
Easy to understand than reading the guide. Thanks!

CMON Games as in “Cee-mon” Games or “C’mon (Come On)” Games???
I go with, "Come on" as in, "Come on, you haven't shipped me the Kickstarter I backed over a year ago?"
I guess Becca's dress is more Spanish inspired than English, but well she wears it so well
