Joe, thanks so much for commenting, that means a great deal. We spend a lot of time developing aerobic endurance in the first six to eight months of the season. Everyone has their own version of this and I would say that I created this video a few years ago as a generalized approach. In any training program, there has to be a context that takes into account many factors (workload, cognitive load, environment, etc...) BUT this is a fairly good model.
