- On October 1 2001, BBC Newsroom South East became BBC London and the first bulletins were broadcast from a studio in Marylebone High Street. While a lot has changed over the past two decades, the outlet still strives to deliver top quality journalism from across the capital on television, radio and online.
To mark BBC London's 20th anniversary, take an exclusive behind-the-scenes look inside Broadcasting House.

Compare this to when Nationwide was on the air. When neither London nor the Southeast had their own news but was hosted by the national Nationwide presenters. Nothing was digital, the smoke filled the air, and reports on film were rushed by train. Peogress eh?

What has changed in the last 20 years? BBC has gone WOKE and become a mounthpiece of the leftists. it has lost it edge, truthfullness and relevance. I hope they revive back to they used to be.
