Monsta, The production company casts good looking people regardless of their skills or experience. Reality TV without the juvenile drama that attracts viewers who cannot exist without it would be detrimental to the bottom line.

Reality tv is just a show to watch for your enjoyment then get on with something real in your life. I don’t understand why people feel the need to question its authenticity or get evolved with the crews or production at all. It doesn’t matter if it’s scripted or every second is real. Just watch it if you like the show then get on with your day.
I did see one episode where Kate was dragged out of bed because of incompetent stewardess and she said something about she didn't get to take her shower so I'm thinking she showers when she gets out of bed. It was the stewardess that didn't know how to make bloody Mary

It's so simple to work out the cost of a charter, they get tipped an average of 1000-1200 dollars, a standard tip all over the world is 10%, like seriously, was it so hard for you to work that out???
That Russian chef had some bad opinions but can we all agree that by the end of the season Travis was exposed to not be a good guy? I don't think his attitude did anything to help the situation or potentially change Mila's mind. A true alley would confront hatred with compassion or pity, not equal parts anger. Anastasia has not given up on yachting. I believe she is involved with some kind of academy to train people to work in the industry. Personally, she was my favorite crew member on the show.

The scene of her trying to make Mimosas was unbelievable. It has to be the easiest drink to make and she kept dumping them out and started over. I think you should watch the show again and then you may see how terrible Simone was. Again it has nothing to do with the color of her skin she doesn't know how to do the work.

Well It has nothing to do with race! ... if that was any other high end service environment she would of been let go the first day! Fired! And Not just talked down too...emphasizing again its a multimillion dollar mega yacht these guests pay alot of money to be on!. Second...Its insane cause I dont know what show you were watching but Ashton behavior was all on tape and in any other professional work environment he would of been fired and facing sexual harassment lawsuits by now. I seen it happen to managers who didnt take it near as far as he did working at a restaurant chain! Kate is far from perfect but really now!? Calling someone a racist is a strong accusation and dismissing that type of sexual harassment is just plane ignorant in this day and age.
