Before action there is a stage called information gathering and I think in the age we’re living there is so much information out there about anything that we get stuck in paralysis by analysis every time.
I’ve noticed that quite a bit with going to the gym. Everybody banging on about splitting muscle groups, diet and shit. Like for the average dude just lifting any weight will make you stronger
I wondered what you do when you continue to make change and seek improvement but keep losing for a sustained amount of time? This happened to me and the best I could think of was quit (or at least take a long break from) that endeavor and pursue a different one.
Can you go over bullying and how it can cause some of the kids that did mass shootings or cause kids to do suicide. The general fight or flight factor.
