I have been loving Yung Pueblo’s book ‘the way forward’, in which he writes ‘put your energy into your highest goals’ as part of a list of 11 personal commitments. When we fear missing out on different possibilities, we can rob ourselves of finding meaning in what is most important to us. We try to do too much, when we would be better off prioritising what is most important to us in the present. If we’re being honest with ourselves, what activities, goals or ideas do we need to let go of to make space for what we really desire most of all? Adjoa x

My highest goal is to be exactly like my dream body: a skinny torso, thin legs, thin arms, and a hourglass body..
I hope you can find health and happiness inside your natural body 🫶 best wishes to you!
