This is the album I have always played at 4 or 5 AM since the beginning of 2020 as I start my day and engage in deep work (planning and executing plans for my future). Four years on, I have accomplished things I set out for myself and am now where I intended to be: job promotion, full-ride scholarship, admission to a prestigious university in Europe to pursue a master's degree. I couldn't be any more grateful for your music, Peder Helland. Beautiful music is a tool that can calm your mind and enable you to do things that make you happy and fulfilled.

Your music is and always will be my favourite. It oddly tells a story to my brain that everything is fine, and has helped me so much with relaxing from stressful situations during this year of 2020. I imagine you would be in a cozy warm cabin in winter, playing these songs, with nature sitting right outside. Honestly, It's heartwarming to feel like being cared for, just with music that someone has put so much time and effort into composing. So beautiful it makes me want to cry after the people I lost in my life. I never got to see my father's dad and my mum's dad died a few years ago. I also had a sister and brother who died before I was born. I remember them always and this music makes me dive deeper into my memories of them. Thank you so much for this!

This music is Increadibally relaxing. I have problems with arythmia when I get stressed out. 10-15 minutes of breathing exercises in a comfortable place along with this music and I'm OK.
