My name is Peder B. Helland and I am a composer. The channel you are visiting now is my official artist channel here on TH-cam and here I share all my work across different genres. *LONG STORY*
I have always been very fond of film music, especially tracks that really make you feel something while you listen. Most of the time I don't make music for specific projects. I simply make what I want to make. After I started composing and sharing music on TH-cam around the age of 15, I noticed that many people enjoyed my relaxing tracks in particular. That inspired me to create Soothing Relaxation, a dedicated channel for relaxation and winding down.
On Soothing Relaxation I share long or extended versions of my tracks, music playlists and other videos for relaxation. For your listening pleasure, ads are never enabled during or after any of the videos (only before the video starts). I just wanted to say thank you for this one. I've had depression in 2019 (luckily not anymore) and couldn't sleep well for a long period of time and I've listened to this song every night to help me fall asleep - it's the only song that's been helping me in a matter of minutes. From the bottom of my heart: Thank you! I still listen to it when I can't fall asleep and it calms my anxiety every time.

Ikr? I sometimes go to listen to his work just to loosen up and cry. Not that my life is particulary hard or anything. Maybe it is some form of depression, idk. I am battling those feelings convincing myself I dont get to be sad, there are so many people having it actually really bad. But I cant help it, I am literally bawling my eyes ot writting this.
@@manuela1986 I do very similar to what you do, I have severe depression, lack of self confidence, and trust issues, however whenever I listen to this, most of the time, any insecurity disappears and i can just relax

море,что расстилалось внизу,казалось мне холодным и далёким.поёжившись, я перевела взгляд на утреннее небо и вдруг почувствовала внезапный наплыв нежности и тепла.
пытаясь понять от куда взялось это непонятное чувство умиротворения,я продолжала глядеть на большое,будто бы мягкое небо.
я не нашла ответа.
я смотрела на множество мягких розово-голубых облаков,заполонивших все небо, и не понимала
почему
внезапно я почувствовала дуновение нежного ветра.настолько нежного,будто объятия матери.
я закрыла глаза.
хотелось смеяться и плакать одновременно.
хотелось почувствовать это ещё.и ещё.
я снова взглянула на уже будто бы родное небо.
стоять тут вечность- это то чего я больше всего хотела в тот момент.
я потеряла счёт времени.возможно прошли года,а может всего мгновение.

Im absolutely in LOVE with this! I didnt know that I was capable of picturing such beautiful images up in my head.. I wish the whole world could see it too. You spread the light and the love, and people around you notice that and need you. You’re okay, keep breathing, keep shining.
OMG this is one of the most beautiful sublime pieces of ambient music I have ever experienced. I say experienced because it really is a visual, auditory and spiritual experience, not just something to listen to. We used it in an intensive hypnotherapy training I participated in, so each and every time I listen it is like an anchor which connects me to that experience. Thank you.
