what happens when you are wrongly diagnosed with a condition, tell the DVLA and they take your licence. how do you get it back?

i have high blood pressure and sleep apnea and my medical review is every 1 year for hgv class 2 this april is my next medical i was told if i lost my job i could claim PIP as its classed as a disability in uk
