Sir concealed Beam is not recommended in IS Code Book. It is not a Load bearing element.

Sir practicing structural engineer are telling it is an unskilled practical in such there is no concealed beam this is laborers technique. Instead u can go for secondary beam. But it u calculate then there is no big deal for this span even when u calculate u can use secondary beam the bending moment u can take it as simply supported beam wl2/8
We recommend to follow details given structural design. Concealed beams are given in certain slabs, by them. Stick to structural drawings.

( 20 வருட பழைய வீடு .) ..இப்போ மாடில extend பண்ணலாம்னு ஒரு யோசனை .. 20*17 அப்படிங்கிற அளவுல HALL slap வருது .. அதனால கன்சீலடு பீம் போட்டு போட்டுடலாம்னு சொல்லிட்டாங்க ..ஆனால் ஏற்கனவே ஒரு ரூம் மாடில இருக்கிறதால CONCRET 3 பக்கம் சுரவரில் உக்காரும் ...ஏற்கனவே இருக்கிற ரூம் CONCRET ஓட ஒட்டி வரும் ...இது பாதிப்பு உண்டகும்தானே?. LOAD தாங்குமா ....( மழை தண்ணி வேற JOINT வழியா வந்திட கூடாது ) முதல் மாடில எப்படி CONCRET போடுவது .. தயவு செய்து யோசனை சொல்லவும் .. (ENGINEERING CONTRACT LA VIDALA, நாங்களே மேஸ்திரி வைத்து கட்ட உள்ளோம் - ஒர்க் அடுத்த வாரம் ஸ்டார்ட் ஆகும் )

@@HONEYBUILDERSstructural drawing இருந்தா நாங்க ஏன் உன்கிட்ட கேட்கிறோம்.... கடைசி வரைக்கும் 20 /16 சிலாப்ல எத்தனை mm main rod கொடுக்கலாம், distributer என்ன கொடுக்கலாம், கிராங்க எத்தனை அடில வளைக்களாம், அதல்லாம் சொல்லமாட்ட இதெல்லாம்.... காசு கொடுத்தாதான் சொல்லுவியா...
