Love Pohan Leu's stuff. Ive got a large Bluephin in "Beast Mode" configuration where the lock side titanium is the same thickness as the show side liner + scale. Blue tinted silver LSCF scale and backspacer. Barked titanium lock side, orange peel edges, bolster, and ano clip. Steve Kelly hardware. Even the spine of the blade is barked. Fit and finish is excellent. Rock solid lockup, and perfect centering now that it’s broken in. Ceramic IKBS and flat-top detent. Flips great. Phenomenal knife for those who love overbuilt folders.
If I recall correctly, Sardeen was spelled that way because the Bluephin (his first model) is spelled funky too. Now (if I remember correctly) the Bluephin is spelled that way because back in the early days of the internet Leu's close friend in a chat room had the tag "Bluephin" online.
These were designed back in the day and ergos weren’t really thought of much. 😂 ive left them as is and haven’t updated those vs newer models. Wanted to leave them true to 14 years ago.
Always loved his blades, don’t see many in the wild.

Pretty cool! Great video 👍
Very cool design, little bruiser, and killer for hand made.
Looks like the Pochi's big brother without the legs, haha, I like it.
@@Gman1024 😂😂 yep now that you mention it.

Yep…Bluephin vs Bluefin…. Bluephin was actually the handle my friend used to use online like back in the mid 90s.
