OK this comment as long overdue. Can definitely confirm that this cake deserves to be the 2021 pick. I ordered this sample along with some other ones from this year at random and did a blind tasting. I’ve got to say that all of the samples from this year were excellent, with nodes ranging from fresh to mushroomy. 2021 Xiao xi gui has all of that with the addition of a great sweet aroma. I knew it was the one without reading the names on the rappers by smell alone.
