Sir u make mistake in CO, in CO 2p orbital's(pi2px) and(pi2py) energy is lower than (sigma2pz) That's it🤝🏻
But these stay in bonding molecular orbitals
And this dose'nt effect bond order or Behaviour

First we fill bonding because of lower energy and then antibonding because of higher energy.
