ebay, rear rim 18" x 2.15 32 holes. but any honda 18" rear mx rim will fit, the tricky part is to find spokes that are made for honda nx650 front and rear hub. www.cross-center.com - sell spoke kits that will convert 21"x 1.60 wheel into 18" x 2.15, and 17" rear into 18". good luck
the list is very, very long, starting with cutting the original subframe and build a new motocross inspired detatchable subframe. I have pictures of the whole build, That is your best chance to make a replica of my bike. However, the real purpose of this build like this is that you use your own ideas to shape and equip the bike with the stuff you like. The most uniqe part of my bike is the subframe, never seen anyone put a detatchable subframe on their honda nx650. Trust me the advantages are greater than welding a new designed subframe to the bike. If it turn out to not work as expected, just unbolt it from the frame, make the change, then repaint and go. Let me know if you need any more advice.

no. knowing whats right is impossible. when i found a position that i liked the fuel petcock hole interfered with the frame and needed to be relocated. tank is very thin and hard to weld without causing it to leak.
I'm 1,85 meters, you could probably make it happen but when you make the tail section "straighter", and low enough for your height, there's a chance you make it too low, causing the rear wheel to smack the rear fender on a jump. Rear wheel free travel should be 230mm from unload to maximum load. I hope you understand.

It's a great experience than you can enjoy for many years! If you can learn how to weld, then you can do it! If you have the motivation, nothing is impossilble.
changed the main and slow jetting after this video. In this video the carburator is completely stock. I have removed the smog thing on the engine, you dont really need it. The "smog block off kit" for nx650 is cheap and can be found on ebay.
Got you about smog block off kit. But does it really change the performance to remove the smog thing? It's only for deceleration right? It's what I read on forums
Maxence Lamouret stock = original setting. Smog kit return some exhaust fumes back into carburator to make it more environmental friendly. Not all nx650 have it. Google smog block off for nx650 and i am sure you'll see if you have it or not. Good luck.

Is the 18" rear wheel something you relaced your self, or is it a rear wheel from another bike?
Built from nx650 hubs, with custom spokes made in sweden cross-center.com. rims are standard honda 18"x2.15 36 holes from ebay.
You can order the spokes on their website i believe, or contact them how to order.
