I'm a Celtic fan. Ange is a person that will command respect the moment he steps through the dressing room doors. He's got a massive presence about him. People scoffed when Wenger turned up at Arsenal, i have a feeling Ange will have a.decent impact on Spurs if you give him a season. He likes to play constant, high temp non stop football. From what I've seen from Spurs the last season is a team full of work shy egos. Ange will need a season to ship out and replace the wage thief within that club. And there are many of them.

As an Aussie, I'll tell you he's like godfather of Australian football. I know Australian football team is not really good, but maybe because i see him with rose tinted eyes, and also because he has been doubted at beginning pretty much everywhere he went and proved them wrong, I think he'll do well if he's given time. EPL next season is gonna be extremely competitive. City is City, I dont see Arsenal dropping off, Liverpool will be back, United will improve, even Chelsea wont have the same season, so expecting hik to finish top 4 in his first season is a bir harsh i think, especially considering all the other top 6 teams, even Newcastle and Villa are most likely gonna spend more than Tottenham. Have reasonable expectations, he plays electrifying brand of football so i expect to see progress in playstyle but he plays very risky football (kinda like Ten Hag in a way), so you might see some damning scorelines here and there in his first season like with Ten Hag.

I would have wanted him to stay at Celtic, get them deep into the UCL, before making them jump to a big club in England. It's just that Spurs do not fully back their manager and have a difficult fanbase. Lastly, they need a complete rebuild of their CM and centre-backs (and GK) before playing it his way. He really needs an Arteta-style build up.

As a Kiwi Spurs fan, growing up watching the A League and the NSL before that, if we get him, I’d be over the moon with Postecoglu. Yes, he needs certain players but he will look though those players that fit the system rather than the huge names. Seeing what he’s done in previous clubs, if he can get what he needs there it could be a great chance for Spurs.

Ange: The door's that way, mate. Leave your forwarding address with the girl at the front desk. We'll send your bits and bobs.
Ange does not have the patience or inclination to cater to the uncommitted. He would take the £200 million from Kane's sale, buy four undervalued players who would double Harry's contribution, and have £50 million left to bolster the wages of remaining players and staff.

As a Spurs fan I wholly agree that for the past 2-3 seasons we'd be relegation material without Harry K because arguably he's our best defender, our best midfielder by a long stretch and seemingly our only source of goals ... Daniel Levy got rid of Poch (who gave us the best 3-4 seasons we've had since Martin Jol and Harry Redknapp) for whatever reason and since then we've tried 'serial' winners' in Jose and Conte but their mind numbing defensive, counter attacking tactics were wholly, solely, totally, completely and utterly reliant on Harry K and Sonny (to a lesser extent last season) and they made them look a lot better than what they were ... in my opinion, Ange P is the manager we needed (as for the other options, Arne Slot looked good because let's face it, Ajax are on a downturn and as for Enrique, I reckon I could turn up once a fortnight via video link to manage Barcelona and Spain and I'd still win a fair bit) because Ange knows this is a TEAM game and by all accounts he's already taking the steps to solidify the defence, making our midfield more expansive and attack minded and he'll galvanise the whole side to get the ball back at each and every opportunity (because simply put, if we have the ball, they opposition don't score) and once more our team will be greater than the sum of it's individual parts ... by so doing he'll take the pressure off Harry K, Sonny, Kulu and Richarlison to fill in gaps so they can get back do what they do best and I honestly believe they will do it by the bucket load ... people bang on about the SPL being a two horse race but let's face it, the EPL currently is a one-horse race so it's fair to say it's possible we might not win anything in the seasons ahead (like every other Spurs fan I hope we do) but primarily I just want us to be great watch once again and anything else on top of that is a bonus ...

When people are successful it doesn't matter what league they manage in. Look at Mourinho, he started in Portugal, which is what that Scottish league is to the Premier League. Not everyone starts out as a Premier League manager, they work hard to get to that position and with Ange's skills there is no reason he can't have success. But fans also need to be realistic in that success doesn't come overnight. Successful people are successful where ever they manage and have faith in his processes and in him and given time he will prove people wrong.
