Me too. Racing was so exciting to watch. Still is but Stewart gave that edge you never knew if he was gonna hit a crazy quad or crash or just something crazy lol. Dudes a legend regardless of haters. His stats an sponsorship shows
Matthew Netherland He hit his head too many times. He lost his edge in the last couple years before retirement and he knew it. Plus he got suspended during that time too. It was all too much. P.S. to someone who has never experienced a severe head injury, it can be difficult - if not impossible - to understand why James did the things he did in the latter stages of his career. In fact, the decisions he made left thousands of fans justifiably outraged. The implications of severe and/or repetitive head injuries are not completely understood, but common symptoms are. Overwhelming apathy, loss of drive, disassociation, and fatigue are symptoms universally present in all head injuries. Not all of these symptoms are visible to an observer, but a couple of them are - and he was exhibiting them to a significant degree. It could even explain why he suddenly dropped off social media for years.
I guarantee you this, if all forms of racing had camera angles like this during TV coverage, no one would be making "wow, it's so boring they just go in circles" type comments when it comes to racing. It would be awesome to watch an Indycar or Moto GP race from a real "onboard" camera angle!
ryan meduls not really... its just boring, vettel wins every race. Now the new season has begun and last race was exciting thanks to rosberg and hamilton.... first exciting F1 race in like 5 years. Nascar is always exciting... pack racing, i guess its too confusing for you... you dont understand what racing is, all you think is that when you watch something you imagine you are doing it.... thats not how your supposed to watch racing, mate. Your supposed to enjoy the professionals race against eachother, not against the track... jeez, how many times have a champion in F1 or Nascar wrecked themselves when driving alone? probably never, it only happens during intense fight for a position. Its not at all fun watching a RACE where the cream of the world are driving alone around the track with nobody to fight against. F1 was just that last season, disappointing. I race in the same simulator as EmptyBox does, on road courses... in there i race myself instead of watching other people race. Racing oval in there alone is boring because of the track, you are right about that one... but WATCHING a broadcast on tv where they only show the most interesting situations during the race is more exciting than watching F1 where nothing happens during the entire race. Only some random crashes done by the reckless guys, maldonado and friends, make into the highlights and maybe 1-2 overtakes. Go watch Time Attack or other time trials if you enjoy watching single cars drive around the track.
ryan meduls F1 is just to damn confusing. Being they never pass a.k.a. race each other it prohibits my brain from remembering track position. It's hell of a lot easier remembering whats going on when they're constantly racing one another for the lead and swapping position up and down the board. I'm not ripping on it. I just prefer the American style of racing each other as opposed to the European motor sports single file procession style. Hey whatever floats your boat though bro, it just ain't my thang...
Gotta love the great sportsmanship at the end. It was a fair and good battle and I love seeing that they understand it was fair and didn't complain about not winning. In all that's racing and racing alone as a pro is fun to them
Empty Box! Glad to see you comment on the two wheel stuff! I'm into the 4 wheel sim stuff too and follow a lot of your vids. The MX / SX and go-pro stuff......you just can't beat! Rcaing MX for over 30+ yrs and I can't get enough of the helmet cams....incredible!
This is definitely one of the harder tracks. Rutted, massive whoops, huge jumps right out of the corners. I mean even ken and Ryan are struggling with some of the sections. Great race and love seeing the struggleZ excellent track!
Mathis Bech He said in the yoshimura video your front end gets real floatey in the corner its very wet and slippery, and then 30 minutes after he said that it was the main even and he fell their.
After he got off the Kawi machine everything kind of went downhill for James. He's an amazing rider, only second to Carmichael, but I don't think anyone knows what really happened to him. Maybe just age.
He said, hes so scared to loose he scares himself to win, basicly saying he will do anything to win. So he does these crazy lines and has the speed no one has but it comes with a price of him being really inconsistant.
My son and I was there at Atlanta. Stewart was the fastest all night, I told my son he’d crash and he did just that. Also it was the night Alessi took out Broc right below us.
This brought me back to when I was a kid racing mini cycles. For sure not at this level, but what a physically demanding sport. The start also brought me back to the World Mini Grand Prix that I was in back then. I came out of the gate tight like in this video, but hit a back tire with my front, went down and then proceeded to get run over by at least 3 other bikes. Ouch! Thankfully they did not go down in this start.
I just started watching supercoss again I'm glad it is on either FS1 or FS2 every Saturday night. I thought Stewart was going to win 3 in a row before the crash. I like Roczen though.
Two different styles of riding Imao Ryan always keep a finger in a clutch and another in the front brake. Ken uses two fingers on the clutch and no one during bumps and wips, keep ing all fingers in the handle! Just an observation, both great riders obviously! Cheers from Italy ^^
is the power overbearing on a 250 2 stroke, I am coming off a ttr225 and am looking at getting a new bike, my worries or that the 250f won't be enough and the 250 2 stroke will be too much, any suggestions?
I love that even at that elite level the riders still, for the most part, stop and congratulate each other after the race. Awesome to see.
I know for some reason I like that
GoPro please I beg you make another channel just for the full race all 20 laps! Please I'll love you for ever!
Hey rustle. I would like to see u try
WOW, WOW, WOOOOOOW, great video, no music finally!! just the essence, congrats to the producers, Roczen, Villopoto and all those crazy MX riders!!!!
That thumbnail will give this video so many views!
The holeshot is insane, they litterally touch.
4:36 Ken, shouldn't you inform an air traffic controller?
I wish James Stewart still raced he was my favorite racer
Me too. Racing was so exciting to watch. Still is but Stewart gave that edge you never knew if he was gonna hit a crazy quad or crash or just something crazy lol. Dudes a legend regardless of haters. His stats an sponsorship shows
For sure man definitely someone we won't forget racing wise

we all do bud, he was one of a kind just be glad you got to see him do it
Matthew Netherland yeah
They make it look so damn easy.
I guarantee you this, if all forms of racing had camera angles like this during TV coverage, no one would be making "wow, it's so boring they just go in circles" type comments when it comes to racing. It would be awesome to watch an Indycar or Moto GP race from a real "onboard" camera angle!
oh look a left..........oh look another left.........doesnt matter where your watching a circles a circle.
ryan meduls its not, you just cant understand.
Otakahunt i take it that formula 1 is way too confusing for you then. all those corners and right hand turns. so difficult aint it.
ryan meduls
not really... its just boring, vettel wins every race.

THANK YOU FOR THE LONGER VIDEOS!!!!
4:35 speedway!
Videos like this are why I love go pro.
Gotta love the great sportsmanship at the end. It was a fair and good battle and I love seeing that they understand it was fair and didn't complain about not winning. In all that's racing and racing alone as a pro is fun to them

Dungey always congratulates the winner. He is one class act! I hope it takes the 2015 supercross championship
What an incredible sport.

Hahah the thumbnail is james on his face with the bike on top of him.
Nice going GoPro.
im telling you those guys on SmartTop Honda are phenomenal with holeshots
"Oh look, a penny!"
Best battle ever seen
This is definitely one of the harder tracks. Rutted, massive whoops, huge jumps right out of the corners. I mean even ken and Ryan are struggling with some of the sections. Great race and love seeing the struggleZ excellent track!
Огонь, впервые было интересно наблюдать подобного рода соревнования!
Ken Roczen and Ryan Villopoto very strong riders. super race!
Good work Ken
Villopoto always King!
51for life!!!
Stewart fell on such a relatively simple turn for these guys. I just don't understand what happened.
2 much front brake, can happend to everyone! :-D
But, yes odd crash for a guy like him! :-D
Mathis Bech He said in the yoshimura video your front end gets real floatey in the corner its very wet and slippery, and then 30 minutes after he said that it was the main even and he fell their.

Daffernn lol that was like 3 years ago
what a surprise, JS7 goes down
awsome fight !
i was watching it live and im a huge james stewart fan, as soon as he crashed my brother and I left lol
Who?
asap indigo that's a complete wast of money.
you must walk out of a lot of races then haha, im a stewart fan aswell im just messing
IFIGHTDYKES well I guess your joy of watching motocross was a big disappointment but then again you always have malcolm!! lmao
Two best raiders
My son and I was there at Atlanta. Stewart was the fastest all night, I told my son he’d crash and he did just that. Also it was the night Alessi took out Broc right below us.
Bester man

I didn't know the races are finished at the end of lap 19. hurr durr
hes not the brightest light bulb in the room lol
cos im such a HUGE FAN of Ryan Vilapoto when i sore that he didn't clear that triple i went balistik
I'd like to see some BMX recorded with GoPro
This brought me back to when I was a kid racing mini cycles. For sure not at this level, but what a physically demanding sport. Apik banget...aku isoh jampi stres lumayan hiburan banget iki kanggo aku.... apik banget....aku seneng banget.
Why did they have to do steward like that in the thumbnail 😂
I just started watching supercoss again I'm glad it is on either FS1 or FS2 every Saturday night. I thought Stewart was going to win 3 in a row before the crash. I like Roczen though.
How do they even clean the jump after the finish line every time seems like they should come up short
Insane!
i can do all of this easily with even some backflips...on my phone.
This looks exactly like east rutherford
More Motorsport videos please or Ghymkana
I'm a huge fan of ken Roczen /ryan dungy.jason Anderson.and James stewart
Damn seems like it's all the guys who win..
James hit his head
DirtBiker78 1:02 look, a penny..
O just said that same thing
ATL is always a good supercross!
How do you do the lap and place ticker in bottom left?
That thumbnail though...
Neck flip at 1:00 ;)
I was at that race
sa doit etre trop trop cool d en faire
Looks easy from the gopro
GA done vibes
Please tell me I'm not the only one to notice they speed up the videos ?!! Why ?!
I don't think they speed it up. From the looks of it they set up the go pro with a high field of view (which makes it look faster).
seemed like VILLAPOTO wasn't even trying
example; Moto does not go to (Settings). further chase would lead to a fall.
Hah laughed when i saw this
Tros bien c'ette vidéo avec
Damm that Kawasaki accelerates quickly!
Still to this day
Stewart
Villopoto
Dungey
Webb
Tomac
3:24 Idk why Roczen took this line?
Hey guys. I just bought a new gopro and filmed it while i was unpacking it.
I hope you can watch it and say if it is good or what i can improve.
Sickkkkkkkkk!!!!!!!!!!!!
sweet
How are they able to switch gears while doing all that? Or are the bikes automatic transmission?
Now do it without breaks.
4:30 The reason you don't follow the guy in front of you's line.
Ken is the new Jermery McGrath
Jared-NewZealand A wee bit to far
There will never be another McGrath. Just like there will never be another Stewert or villapoduim.
This course looks so much like the Nintendio 64 mario kart one :P
I think that's a good squad js7, dungey, villipoto, and Rocky
I want a GoPro
What would you guys and girls (possiblely) say is the fastest bike minus riders to ride on that (was only jokeing calm down) track to ride?
How did Stewart even fall
Two different styles of riding Imao Ryan always keep a finger in a clutch and another in the front brake. Ken uses two fingers on the clutch and no one during bumps and wips, keep ing all fingers in the handle! Just an observation, both great riders obviously! Cheers from Italy ^^
Yea they need the inrace views lile in nascar
roczen the new best European rider
I miss Poto
is the power overbearing on a 250 2 stroke, I am coming off a ttr225 and am looking at getting a new bike, my worries or that the 250f won't be enough and the 250 2 stroke will be too much, any suggestions?
william johnson sherco 300 fourstroke? ktm 200 2 stroke?
I wish Stewart could be there fighting in front for the victory
He will be next week no question. Barring mistakes he easily has the speed.
I don’t know if I should get a crf150r or a kx100 cause no pro they race 4 strokes I don’t no which one
was that stewart haha
such a awesome game good graphics can i get it on PS2?
4:25 EPIC
Definitely not one of Villopoto's smoothest rides, he looked way to impatient.
What GOPRO setting has been used for this video?
video :)
who?
Jeez these guys are fast.
funny thing is though that it seems to me most motocross racers aren't nice people.
+HuskySMS4 They were hugging it out and shit at the end?
top d+
2:23 roosted HARD Little Rock
people don't know how to fight back anymore
Why did roczen roll the finish line on the 3rd lap? thats how villo passed him
he lost momentum thats why roczen had to roll it.
Man Mike Alessi really choked at ATL, I was hopin stewart was gonna make it 3 in a row
