Let’s do a virtual book club! 🧙♀️📚🎃
I am looking forward to getting these books and reading them. A cozy cup of coffee or tea, cozy fall/ Halloween blanket and a good book 🎃☕🥮🌻🍂🍁💀🦇👻
Living for this! I'm on book 6 of The Witch City Mysteries by Carol Perry. They are just like Hallmark mysteries set in Salem😊
WHAT! How have I not read these? 🤣 adding to my list right now 🤍
@@Pumpkinandgrayso frickin cozy☕
The Pumpkin Spice Cafe gives Gilmore Girl vibes. A woman moves to a small town to take over her aunt’s coffee shop and meets the town’s beloved farmer. It gives Luke & Lorelai vibes. I saw it on TikTok and needed it just by the cover. The rest of the series is coming out later this year
Ahhhh literally the best vibes ever. What else do we need?? 🧡✨🧡
I loved this one! I flew home a month ago and was having flight anxiety because the last time I flew was during all the canceled flights in Dec '22 so I was stranded in the Denver Airport all of Christmas weekend by myself and it was terrible😅 so I listened to it on audiobook on my flights for the cozy Autumn vibes and it was so nice and calming😂
I love all these witchy/gilmore/cozy/halloweentown vibes!! ✨️ Definitely putting all these books on my tbr list so i can start reading mid-late August. They sound like the perfect touch to get into Autumn/spooky season 😍🍂🍁🎃❤️
Ok picking those all up from the library this week. Thanks❤
Yay!! Hope you love them 🧡
The Wicked Deep sounds really interesting! Thank you for sharing! ❤
Of course!! Such an amazing read 🧡🤩
I highly recommend The Myrtlewood Mysteries series by Iris Beaglehole. I absolutely loved this series.
These are the exact types of books I’ve been craving!! Adding to my tbr 😍
Ahhh love that! Hope you enjoy the video and the reads, girlfriend!! 🖤✨
I am on book 5 of the Mrs. Morris series and I love it! Every book is soo good (1st can be a little slow but all the others are better)
I love that!! And ok I totally agree. It started slow for me but I’m excited to read more because the concept is SO cute! 🧡
Thanks for sharing these! I am more of a dark/thriller/horror book reader too, but I bet some cozy/Gilmore Girls-esque books would be a nice change of pace.
Yes!!! I swear it really is. Nothing will ever top a thriller for me when it comes to reading but these lighter reads are nice for changing up the pace ✨🖤
The Very Secret Society of Irregular Witches is so cozy and magical! 💫
Isn’t it magical!!! I absolutely loved every page 🧡✨
The wicked deep!! I’m so so happy you mentioned it!! If you didn’t I was gonna comment it. I LOVED this book!!
Girlfriend brought the coffee & the books.📚 ☕️✨🪄🥰 Amazon here I come 😂
My girl!!! 🤣🧡 hope you love these!!!
These all seem like awesome reads with real "campy" vibes! Thank you so much for the recommendations to help us through summerween! 🎃
I usually read books according to the seasons. This year, I’m ready for fall and Halloween.Looking forward to reading these books. Thank you all for your suggestions. I believe I have enough to take me through to Halloween! 😂
Can’t wait to read these! 🍂🌙🎃
I LOVE cozy mysteries. Added these recommendations to my list! I already have the third one but havent read it yet.
Aren’t they the best! Such feel good books. And we all need that!! 🧡✨
I just finished the Vampire's Mail Order Bride last night and! OMG I really loved it!!! 📚🧛♂️🧡🖤
I just read the Fatal Fudge Swirl. Really enjoyed it. I have all the Mrs. Morris books. So fun!
Isn’t it so cute!! I need more 🤍✨
Just finished The Wicked Deep per your suggestion. It was really good and difficult to put down !!!!! It has a great plot full of unexpected twists and I definitely did not expect the ending. On to your other suggestions!
Aww I LOVE hearing this!! Such a unique read 🤍and I absolutely did not see that ending coming either lol
Ahhh im on wicked deep right now, and secret society of irregular witches is on deck after that! 🖤
I hope you love it!!! And ugh. Loved both so much 🧡 you’ve got a good lineup going!
Fun video! I’ve enjoyed books by AA Albright - cute witchy stories.
Adding to my TBR. Mika is my favorite beside cider mill coven for black/spanish representation. I'll look out for wicked deep.
I hope you make another book video again. Such a fun Idea. Xoxo
Cider Mill Coven is amazing!!! 🧡 it would be on this list but I tried to share ones I haven’t before. But it absolutely belongs here, too 🧡 and I hope you love the ones I mentioned.
Ugh wish I could read them again for the first time lol. Thanks so much for watching, sweet friend! Appreciate you✨ more coming for sure! Xoxo
Thank you for all the fun book suggestions!! Can’t wait to order them and get reading this summer/fall! You look gorgeous!! 🥰
Literally less than an hour ago I was googling “Cozy Fall & Halloween books” and now this video pops up! Your videos are always exactly what I’m looking for 🤍
Oh my gosh, love that!! I hope you enjoy it, babe 🔮✨ thank you SO much for watching!!
I gotta check these books 📚 out! Coffee/ tea and books are my fav 🖤
I hope you love them!! They’re just such cozy reads 😍
Oh my goodness! I was so excited when you mentioned me recommending The Mrs. Morris books to you. Yes, the first one is a little slow, but they get better. I will have to read the Nocturne Falls series. Thank you for sharing.😊
Thank you for giving me some Summerween books to read! I’m ready for my four day weekend now!
The only book I've read that you mentioned is The Very Secret Society Of Irregular Witches and I LOVE that book so much!!! 🎃 Now I wanna add some of these to my fall TBR!!! What I also think you should read is Cackle by Rachel Harrison, The Pumpkin Spice Cafe by Laurie Gilmore (I haven't read it yet but I heard it's cute and it gives off Gilmore Girls vibes), The Witches Of Moonshyne Manor by Bianca Marias (Haven't read it yet but I will be soon and I heard it gives off The Golden Girls vibes), Midnight At The Blackbird Cafe by Heather Webber, and The Ex Hex by Erin Sterling.
omg i just started the wicked deep yesterday!! i’m so happy to hear you talking so positively about it🤩 i can’t wait:)
I loved the Wicked Deep, that is a beautiful cover on your paperback! Also liked the VSSofIW, A cozy I really liked is In the Company of Witches by Auralee Wallace, it's an Evenfall Witches B&B Mystery, just got the second in the series for Summerween.
Ohh I am checking those out! I have heard of In the Company of Witches but I don’t think it’s on my TBR list so I’m checking now 🧡 in need of new ones so thank you!!
I 2nd In The Company of Witches! (I actually commented the same thing before I scrolled and read yours)
I just picked up the next in the series as well.
So the Nocturne Falls books are absolute palate cleansers for me. I have read the first 9 so far.
My current favorite cozy mystery/witchy reads is In The Company of Witches by: Auralee Wallace. I just purchased the 2nd in the series called The Crow's Nest.
If you are a vampire fan, a series I can read/listen to repeatedly is the Half Moon Hollow series (Starting with Nice Girls Don't Have Fangs) by Molly Harper. I have never laughed so hard at a book in public in my life. There is a little romance, some death, a mystery, a nosy dead aunt and just generally the most amazing town of characters ever. The audio books are absolutely perfectly voiced as well.
I read this series a few years ago and throughly enjoyed. It’s a time travel back to the witch trials. First is Salem Witch Haunt by Theresa Sneed. I felt like I was there in that time.
The Wicked Deep was one of my favorite books! Added a lot of these books to my tbr :)
Love the recommendations I’m currently reading ‘All Good People Here’ because of your other video loving it so far☺️🖤
Such a great video idea! I'll be checking some of these out
Loved this video so much! You need to add How to Hang a Witch and also The Lace Reader to your list - both take place in Salem! The Lace Reader is my absolute favorite 🎃
Thank you, love!! And ahhh yes so I have How to Hang a Witch on my TBR but not The Lace Reader. Heading to add that now 😍 thank you!!
@@Pumpkinandgray The Lace Reader and its sequel The Fifth Petal are a must!! ✨
The wicked deep is so good. I loved that book so much! I need to read it again ❤
Awww ur orange cat is so cute 😍 ur hair looks so pretty 🧡🖤🧡🖤 I love reading
Thank you, love!!! I love all of my babies so much but Max is my soul animal 🧡🥺
Obsessed with the Secret Society for Irregular Witches. The author has a new book coming out in the fall, too. A few other cozy, witchy reads I can suggest: The Ex Hex by Erin Sterling, and Witch of Wild Things by Raquel Vasquez Gililand.
Witchy are some of my faves. A Discovery of Witches is my all time fave (and an amazing TV show), Serpent and Dove (YA), Bring Me Your Midnight (YA), Spells for Forgetting are some good ones imo
Adding The Wicked Deep to my tbr
Ahhh and I’m running to mine to add these. Thank you so much, babe! I’m excited to check these out!! And I hope you love The Wicked Deep! 🖤✨
I read a Discovery of Witches last year and loved it. Looking forward to reading everyone’s suggestions. I’m starting with the Wicked Deep ❤
I ordered the past book already on Amazon. Cant Wait to discover it! But I think I want to wait to Read this book on fall 🤭🍂
Definitely want to read The Wicked Deep!
Let me know your thoughts if you do!! Gosh I just loved it so much. 🧡
You have to read Winterwood if you liked the Wicked deep. They go hand in hand! Also, I highly recommend "The Windhaven Witches" by Carissa Andrews, And my number 1 witchy book of all tinme is Hollow Heathens by Nicole Fiorina Adult version. 90s vibes, witches, holloween 24/7 and romance.
I have that on my list! Excited to read it soon 🤍 and ohhhhh Hollow Heathens. Ok you’re the best I am adding these to my TBR literally right now lol. That sounds like one I would freaking LOVE!!!
@@Pumpkinandgray its a must read, Hollow Heathens changed my life. It has ALL the vibes you would want.
Remedial Magic by Melissa Marr is a good one.
OMG I need to add all these to my TBR list they sound so good! Also who wouldn't want to a 90s witch!!!
Yesssss! Right? That’s the entire vibe I need in life. You get it 🥺🖤✨
I would recommend reading books from Hester Fox. She has some great witchy books many revolve around Salem. If you want more of a cozy feel Danielle Garrett's Beechwood Harbor Magic Mystery is a fantastic series. She has tons of witchy books.
I'm drawn to Fatal Fudge Swirl because of the murder mystery aspect, and the Wicked Deep. I'm currently reading the Carrow Haunt by Darcy Coates, and really enjoying it. It's a haunted mansion type of read. I'll have to check these out. Also, I agree with what you said in your last video about respecting each other's tastes. That really changed my perspective. I felt like that was such a good message to share. 👍😊🌼
Aw thank you so, so much friend. I seriously appreciate that! 🧡✨ I think we all need that reminder sometimes (me included of course!). Let people live and enjoy what they love!
And ohhh I need to check out Carrow Haunt! Sounds like one I’d love! 🤍
I need to read these..!!!
Thank you for the great recommendations I have read the ice cream shop series that you talked about and enjoyed it. You might want to try the series by Carol J Perry which takes place in Salem Massachusetts local TV station.🎃👻💀
Ahhh yes! So I just added those to my TBR list last night because I had never heard of them! And have nooo doubt that I would love them lol. Thanks babe! 🧡
I just added a couple of these to my tbr. Have you read Cackle yet? A good witchy book!
No!! Adding to my TBR. Thank you, love!!! 🧡
I love Cackle also! One of my favorite books of all time. Definitely has some cozy witch vibes 🔮
The Wicked Deep is one of my favorites, too! 🌙
Isn’t it amazing!! ✨🌛 just loved everything about it!
I read The Wicked Deep a while ago, but unfortunately it wasn't for me. A bit too YA romance-y for my taste, but that could be bc I'm 45 😅 The other books sound really cute though - love a good cozy mystery!
Aren’t cozy mysteries the best! 🧡 and I so get that! I honestly was SHOCKED by how in love I fell but I fell hard 🤣
I’ve just started The Wicked Deep because of you ! But, I NEED you to read How to Hang A Witch, by Adriana Mather. I can’t talk about this book enough. It is a series. It’s so amazing. She even has a book trailer on TH-cam for it and it’s amazing because it lets you picture the characters perfectly. But, Adriana is the great great great granddaughter of Cotton Mather!! She’s a direct descendant and the book is filled with Salem and the trials. The whole series is amazing.
Ahhh yes! Ok so I have it on my list but I need to move that to front then 🧡 it sounds like one I would absolutely love. You get me!! lol
@@Pumpkinandgray no seriously you have to. Haha when I read that book I immediately booked another trip to Salem after it 😂 as if I wouldn’t already. But, her way of writing is right up your alley. I literally recommend the book whenever given the chance haha.
I've read The Very Secret Society and loved it! Thanks for the recommendations - I'm going to look them up! If you haven't checked it out, I'd recommend Cackle!
Loooove Very Secret Society. And started the Wicked Deep today!
Isn’t it amazing! And oh my gosh please let me know your thoughts when you’re done ✨🤍
@@Pumpkinandgray I absolutely will 🖤 and yessss I loved that sweet book. It gave the best feels!
Just ordered Mrs morris ghost stories! You have the best taste ! 🎃☕️ have you read the practical Magic series by Alice Hoffman? I feel like you would be obsessed with those!
First! 🧡
Ahhh you’re the best 😭😭🧡
So pretty!! ❤❤❤
Ilysmmmm 🧡
Obsessed with the Secret Society for Irregular Witches. The author has a new book coming out in the fall, too. A few other cozy, witchy reads I can suggest: The Ex Hex by Erin Sterling, and Witch of Wild Things by Raquel Vasquez Gililand.
