I just wonder how long does it take in general to master notion, with its formulas and everything, I mean if I learn something each day, will it be possible to create a complete template in ??? time?

Hi, I have 3 pages in my template 1. Do i have to duplicate all 3? or just one of it before i sell? 2. I did a public share link and it only gives access to 1 of the page. Do i have share 3 separate links? Thanks
Another question I did everything as you did and when I share it the other person is able to edit everything but I didn’t allow the “allow edit” I have tried this in 2 different accounts (besides mine), 2 different devices, and on the web and the app and they can still edit everything. I have tried contacting support on Notion but they haven’t said anything. Is it just my problem?

hi i am making a notion templete where its based on weekly planner and a todo list and has a journal option in there my query is if i want to sell that templete online i would do need to disable edit option to the customer because they might alter the same templete and sell to others but the only problem is a customer must do need to alter todo list based on his preferences so how to make only alter the to do list table and disable to edit other things in the templete

Hi Bree, I generated the link to sell my template on Etsy but when I tested it, some databases are not visible. Maybe because I copy+paste them from another template. I don't know what to do.

once they duplicate the template into their workspace, they can edit it however they want! you just don't want them being able to edit the original template. hope that makes sense!
No you don't need the paid plan-- if you don't see "share to web" go over to "publish" after clicking "share" and you'll see the same settings as mentioned in the video! From there, just select the settings and copy the link to share! Hope that helps :)
Just curious, on eRank why did you overlook "notion template"? It has one of the best search to competition ratio, 13k searches and under 6k in competition. "notion templates" on the other hand had much worse. So which one of the two is more relevant?

How do you prevent copying the template without buying it? For example when the buyer sends the link to another person to duplicate it.

Can the entire document be edited? Like when you sell, can the individual change up to do list /daily habits/ etc for their personal template ?
Yes, they can. It won't affect your own template, just their own copy!
