I would love more "how to" videos!! I love your sets and your style so much, and as a beginner press-on girlie I'm looking for more explanations and not just beautiful inspo cause like how?? Also I love your voice it's so soothing lo l
omg this is so heartwarming to read, thank you so much!! 🥹 I will deffo keep making my "how-to" videos so they're interesting + helpful, also welcome to the press on girlie community! thank you for the feedback 🫶 also thank you, I always worry I'm a bit chaotic when speaking passionately so I'm glad my voice is soothing 🤣
Oh my gosh, the struggle of putting nails in a case is so real 😅I do really like your vlog-style videos, and you make it look so effortless! I know how much work goes into it though. Trying to do more vlogs myself as I have also noticed that my work with me videos were not necessarily my most popular either. I'm thinking of adding more live commentary to them, and I'm sure your live insight would be helpful as well in your tutorials! Sorry your Clodi collection was leaking, but the colors really are stunning 😍
RIGHT?! ok I'm glad I'm not the only one 😭 thank youuu! yeah moving around the angles can be a bit challenging but gets easier with practice! I saw you uploaded a vlog and gonna watch in a bit 👀 yeah, I wonder if it's part of the repetition of work with me, I would enjoy live commentary too! it feels more natural and chatty (just figuring out how to edit it easily between visuals and sound atm). Yeah, thank goodness I was wearing gloves 😭 but RIGHT! The colours are exactly what I wanted, had been looking to fill this cateye + fine coloured pearls mix I didn't grab the DVOK New Moon collection 🥹
@nails.boxofhope Oh boy, well I hope you're ready for lots of yapping, because I definitely need to fine-tune my vlogging and not be as long winded 😂 I definitely feel so much more comfortable working with mostly press ons now with gloves! I still like doing my natural nails occasionally, but it feels limiting both in the design and how I have to be super careful about skin contact. Your set was gorgeous, by the way! Love all the dainty details, and I'm excited to see how you made them 🥰
@@GetPressedNailsByC looool we love a good yap 🤣 sometimes we say the most random things which can be the most interesting. & right!! I feel kinda nervous just applying my JelloJello peel off base to my natural nails now bc I’m so used to doing press ons with gloves 🤣 as long as we are safe and respectful then that’s the best we can do 🫶🏻
I enjoy vids that are a mix of you doing diff things! I love a work with me vid too but the key part is showing your personality and maybe like just commentary about other stuff, not just the nails. Would love some additional insight in those vids too like packaging the nails, modeling them, even getting them prepped so any tips you have throughout those processes. Also, the sticky strips with a white backing instead of the red one are much easier to use, they’re a bit stiffer so easier to place and the backing is paper ish so way way easier to peel off
Also tips about efficiency would be appreciated! I make press ons just for friends but kinda dread the prep stage so any tips you have to make it easier would help! Also yes to faves or comparison vids of similar products for gel nerds like me!
@@evilbookworm eee thank you for all the ideas and feedback!! Deffo noted, I’ll try being a bit more free with other commentary too, and share bits around prep/modeling/efficiency etc 👀💞 & omg! Thank you for letting me know - immediately buying some white backed strips now 🫡 only ever used the red so assumed they’d be the same, but this makes sense!
I've had this before! I find it's usually if the edge isn't sealed properly, so there's a slight gap that hair can get trapped in. It's a bit tricky to advise without knowing more info, but for me, I make sure to do the following: - using the right nail tip size that fits sidewall to sidewall - using enough glue to reach the entire nail bed under the press on - pressing down firmly for 20 seconds during application to make sure it's as flat to my nail bed hope this helps ☺💞
If you contact Sweetie's I'm sure they will help you out with the spilled polish...I've seen spillage with other creator and different collections and their customer care has been wonderful.
Yes! Sweetie’s customer service is amazing 🥰 thank you for sharing! The Clodi collection is from Kkookie - I reached out to them and they were super quick to resolve also, & issued a gift card 🫶🏻
If you bought anything, what did you get during Black Friday? 👀
please ‘like’ the video if you enjoyed!

since the boxes are see through u can put a print under it with centered 2 lines if you care abt the placement of sticky tabs hehe, nice videos!!❤

I always get my hair snagged in between the edges of my press on nails. Any tips on how to prevent this?
