I use cardboard ties under my track o27 track. it cost nothing except for a iitte paint. Quiet as a mouse.

Another Substitute For "Homie" Board Is Celetex "Gold Bond" Board Its Cheap, Plus You Can Paint It With A Roller And Its Is Good But Maybe NOt As Good As Homosote .
