- Find out how to find the the correct body size for your Reborn baby doll. Breaking down why Reborn Baby Dolls need certain body sizes. This theory works on all Reborn doll body sizes. Demos on what to look for. "In the crib" is an informational segment I feature on my channel. I impersonate a crying baby, I don't use recordings, only my voice. Reborns are life-like baby "DOLLS" not real babies. Sometimes they are just called 'babies" but not at all real babies. New Reborn doll in my collection.
I wanted to thank you for your In the Crib it has really helped me figure out why some of my babies are not looking not quite right. As well as you hints on finding out the name of the sculpt of babies that came with out documents. Thank you again for sharing I always enjoy your videos.

So very true! That happened to me, everything just felt off with some Reborns that I've had. I talked about the wrong body before being on a Reborn, but never really thought about what's really going on and how to fix it. I'd like to talk more about it in a future video.

Great video explaining what to take on consideration when choose the babies body. I been thinking the same and playing around with the babies bodies. No always the recommended body for bountifulbabies is the only option. I am actually on the making of a video about that and switching some bodies around. Hope I get it right 😊Thanks for sharing

Hi Yvonne! This was really an informative video with lots of good ideas and details. Thank you for doing this! I've had to change bodies out a lot in new reborns (and Ashton Drakes) due to the limbs not being in proportion with the body size. I just recently changed my newest, Jeffrey's (Fiona sculpt) because the body was too short, he was in between a preemie and newborn. Now he's a solid newborn size and is in proportion. Hi Yvonne, Thankyou so much for doing this in the crib. I’ve learnt so much- you know what I will be doing next! I’m going to take a fully jointed body off a full bodied baby. The shoulders and arms look so weird that I’m only putting her in dresses with puffed sleeves to hide it. I hope that your well. Love to you🌸🌸🌸
Oh so know what you're talking about. Those are the first bodies that they came out with and then full limbs came more and more popular they changed the body style.

It's very interesting to look at the proportions and see if they all line up to size. And it's a brand new way to appreciate those sculpt artists thinking it through for us.
Hi I really enjoyed this in the crib. It was very helpful. I really liked your improved new borning of your little fussy sweetie, But I was wondering how you found your Baby from Bountiful Baby girl who came with no paperwork. I too have a Bountiful Baby from 2010 who came without paperwork and he is definitely not on the website anymore. So I wondered if you could give me some advice on how to find who he is. I would really like to identify the sculpt.

Very interesting Yvonne. I never thought about this. Some of my babies do look a little unproportional .
Doing this video and talking about it, I could see more of what the sculpt artists had intended for the sculpts length over all. I think I should do another video of tips I found to test the body size. It was an aw-ah moment! I hope that some of this video was helpful.

Awesome video &very informative. One of my gifted babies was on a bad size body so I got her the right one.Some of my 3/4 limb babies have been put on a full leg body(my doing)I love it lol

YAY, so happy to hear. I was really wondering how I was going to show what I've been through with those wrong sized bodies. But it really makes a difference when you get the right match.
Maybe I missed this part but if my baby measures 23in head to toe, what size body should I buy? She's a 3/4limb baby and her current body measures 10.5in. Would I stick with the same size?
I think you should have camro day for theme thursday and one thursday do is have a mix match were clothes dont match
