1 kg Mutton
2 tbsp ginger paste
2 tbsp garlic paste
2 tsp salt
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp Kashmiri chili powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 cup yogurt
3/4 cup mustard oil
1 cinnamon stick
1 black cardamom
5-6 green cardamom
5-6 cloves
2 onions
2 fried onion
1 tbsp poppy seeds.1l4 cup dessicated coconut
1Tsp kewra water
