Vicki Kennard I enjoyed the Late Show with Jimmy every night and was excited when he moved to the earlier time slot. (Leno was dull.) For some reason the subject matter is much more vanilla and repetitive now and not nearly as funny as the previous show.

Russians actually started investing money into the region, raised salaries for state workers and pensions for retired people. on the first day of the voting, 95 percent of crimia allready voted to go back into Russia. If you call that invasion, then your wrong. Either way pretty funny. And, in turn, your post is lacking all context. The 95% figure you speak was from a Russian referendum that was heavily biased (and lacked a right of refusal, which means it's not even a proper referendum), was implemented while Russian troops occupied the area, and was heavily boycotted by the Crimean people.
You could institute a poll that asks "is water wet?" and you wouldn't get 95% agreement. Anyone who thinks that poll is legitimate is pushing an agenda awfully hard.

Crimea wanted to return to Russia ever since the Union broke up. They got like 3 referenda over this in the 90es, all were suppressed by Ukraine by force with Yeltsin were ignoring the problem. Of course they are happy, they are part of Russia now. As the jokers says you can't impose what majority of the people don't want - in this case they don't want the failed banderstadt of Ukraine being forced on them.
Situation in Ukraine is not business of USA. Ukraine was trying to forbid Russian language several times plus some of their politicians insulted Russia and Russian government. They simply want make Russian seem like bad guys. Ukrainian politicians are playing game against Russia. So Russian in Ukraine felt unsafe, because of Ukrainian who don't like Russian. And new government, that got it's power by illegal way, care about itself. That cause crisis in Krym. Russian also wanted to get Krym, but that was legally. P.S. Krym was Russian for about two hundred years, but When USSR collapsed, it was given to Ukrane. Russia could get Krym after collapse, but Gorbachev left it to Ukraine. He couldn't imagine that one day Ukraine government become so foolish that it will take NATO side, instead of be in union with people who are brothers to them. Every Russian person want's Russia and Ukraine be allies and friends, so am I.
