Actually, if you have only Fire Dragons on the field and/or link monsters, Daruma Cannon cannot affect those cards, and because the card says `then`, since it was not able to flip any cards face down (effect A) then it won't be able to destroy any cards (effect B). Because the card is worded if A, then B. if A doesn't happen then B won't. Unless you have a non-fire dragon on the field that is not a link monster, then yes; Daruma would resolve its' second effect. What's funny is that the judges got the call wrong at the latest YCS which blows my mind.

I also came to the same conclusion that the ancient fairy line is not worth playing. Talents feels odd since the field spell blocks your opponent from meeting the condition. What do you think of Fenrir? I’ve been testing two copies as a breaker and extra body for attacks. It can bait an Imperm for talents
depends the AFD line.. i have a nice go first AFD line w/o the Tzolkin that cooks a lot of decks. fenrir is nice especially in the mirror but its not worth maining all the time rn as a BB. imo 6-8 BB and 13-15 HT is the nicest feeling to play next to the 18-21 HT build but that also lacks in areas (you kinda need 3 desires also).. As far as the talents go, yes it does have some conflict w/ field spell but you are going second (mostly) and they prob have a board set up so anything makes it live tbh.. i run it at 2 so its not always in my hand either but it has 3 uses that benefit tenpai. seals pass is the way sometimes tho for sure, i just see the ED monsters as prosp targets if i dont need them

Galaxy-Eyes primal on your opponent field then use number 107 effect and atack the ATK possion primal then it triggers beacuse its not once per turn that attach as material to xyz monster and then you gain 1000 ATK to 107 and one more atack and if you have after glow its OTK 🤣

it only misses timing if you quick sync on chain 2 or higher, as long as you not chaining your quick sync to another effect it will work
