It beats me why people prefer white painted plaster rather than the beautiful stonework , there's not one stone visible in the whole interior, it looks like a page from an Ikea catalogue. Lots of potential though.
Beautifully improved inside to this home. It's obviously a pretty old building, so needs a few improvements/upgrades to the outside to match that inside IMO ! A great garden with big possibilities for veggies & fruit trees ! A lovely home for a family !
I've added the RightMove website link to this property into the video description. Here it is for you too, to see the photos I took, more details, floor plan and how to arrange a viewing. www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/Kilberry.html
The kitchen has a door, the living room has a door... seems very closed off. I guess I'm not used to that. The only rooms with doors in my house (in the US) are bedrooms and bathrooms. Just wondering what the reasoning is.

Best to contact SBS Property directly with questions like that. I'm sure they can find that out for you.
Sadly, I have to agree with all the negative comments regarding the interior.
simple, rustique et efficace ¡ bon potentiel
Why does every room have a door?
Explain?

@@singthesongofmypeople There's not so much open plan living in older properties in Scotland. It's normal to have doors to each room.
It helps retain heat during the winter months.
The outside is so appealing. The inside is boring and disappointing. Dare I say 'blah'.
The land has potential. I would tear down and rebuild to a double storey house and an annex etc.
Zero personality.
What a characterless interior. So disappointing.
No character, such a shame
So bland
Shocking interior, Zero character. Bland bland bland. Absolutely no imagination.
