Farming to benefit wildlife and produce food too, great to see. Congratulations sir
A great example to us all, fair play
Excelent!
Great stewardship and vision James. Very different thinking to most farmers I know. Its getting late now to save many once common species from disappearing from our landscape because of short sighted farming practices.
in my area it is just criminal the amount of hedgerow and land feature removal that is taking place also a point worth mentioning is the dike - drainage ditch that traditionally accompanied the hedge tree line is at least as important as the hedge itself for wildlife habitat . but as long as no development takes place this habitat destruction can be reversed given time . ironically i think most farmers would agree with me
This makes my heart warm, well done you! If only others would follow.....
That's what we're hoping Christina! Thanks you!
I would have loved to see some of the life in those hedges. Great description thank you
It's a pity we didn't see them that day! Hope you enjoyed the rest of the episode April!
