i’m a nicu nurse!! our unit goes back and forth on this, but with a double lumen UVC we typically have a 20g and 23g ports. would you put your flush bags into the 20g bc it’s bigger or the 23g? thank you!
I have a case study that is related to placental abruption emergency delivery of a baby. May you do a video on the interventions or steps preparing for a high risk delivery about placental abruption? TIA!
Hello!!! That is a great idea- honestly we really just need to do some NRP type videos where we’re preparing for all high risk deliveries- we haven’t done enough delivery room stuff! Thank you for the reminder!
can you please make video on Rh Isoimmunisation? ICT/ABO incompatibility please

YES! we need to get back to that!! Thanks for the reminder!
Arizona
Yay! Love it there!
Thank you mam for putting great effort to teach us, a small doubt about security the line while suturing mam, when I am using the cord for fixing it, after 3-5 days the umbilical stump has got shrinking off the the suture starts to become loseup, is it always to use stump not the skin for fixing mam?
This is such a good question!!!! As much as possible I still try to secure in whatever is left of the stump (so just take a blind loop from the top). If there is literally nothing then you may be forced to use the skin- we just try to avoid it as much as possible!!! Thanks for watching!!
Ok mam
🙏.
Thank you :)
Thanks, mam from Saudi Arabia Nicu nurse 16 years experience
