      Have you tried a roller / brayer in place of finger pressing that way you hands and fingers don't get so tired so fast and you get just as nice press as within iron.

    I am a registered nurse and I can't wait to use this pouch for my pens, oximeter, thermometer, scissors. I will make mine larger in order to fit my stethoscope 🩺 and blood pressure cuff. 🤗 Thank you for this great tutorial 🙂

    Thank you for this tutorial! It was excellent!! And I did make the pouch with the original measurements for the lining pocket of the vinyl and realized it was too short. So I will add an inch to it next time. Thank you for running thru this pattern! You always make these patterns look simple and really make the tough parts easier to work with. Thank you!❤

    So I wasn’t going to get this pattern… but once I saw the actual size I had to buy it… ❤️ printing now and then I’m off to my sewing room to make it! I have a beachcomber pouch that I need to finish… and my mystery quilt lol….

      and my machine couldn't get through the final go around due to not doing the top zip like you do and not having my fleece cut smaller. it is for my 5 year old Granddaughter but I am going to make her another. I am so unhappy with my craftsmanship.

    Just made this and it was a bear!!!!!! I used vinyl & waterproof canvas on the outside & it was not a good experience!!! But I finished it. Fantastic tutorial Jess!!!

    Jess, I'm thinking of making this vinyl pouch using a printed waterproof canvas and clear vinyl for the outside and behind the clear vinyl. Then use a solid color waterproof canvas for the pouch lining. Think it will turn easily?

    Do you have a video explaining how to put the zipper pull on the zipper tape? I am binging your channel so much (because just quilting is not enough of a hobby!)     I love this, or I did until I messed it up. I cut it out as the pattern say, but it is to short when I sewed the pocket together. WHY???? I was sure everything was right. Can you tell me what happened? I've cut out two bags to make and now both are wrong. My fabric in the back pocket is about 1 1/4" to short to close it up. What can I do to save it? Help Jess!!! Lol

    I love mine! I use it for my bills. I even put a clear little pocket on the front of the vinyl and put a paper in it….ex: bills to be paid

    LOVE this pouch. I just bought the pattern. Thank you for the discount. The pattern calls for a 15” zipper but the zipper is cut back to 12.75” and 12.5”. Can I use a 13.5” zipper with the given dimensions of the pouch?

    Instead of a hairdryer, I iron my pressing board to make it hot then lay my vinyl on top. Helps with turning bags out as well as making the vinyl flat to cut if it is rolled up or folded

      you can make this any size. the 'patterns is literally a list of measurements; adjust as needed

    YES, change the pattern. I'm making my second one and it is still 1 whole inch off. So here I go again adding another piece to the bottom to make it work. Gee Jess, I wish you would read this, I NEED HELP!! LOL Why is all mine 1" off. I checked the pattern any everything.
