    Honestly, if you can show that you’re normal, and that you can vibe with a program culture, you have a good chance of being ranked I think. It’s like any other job interview honestly

    That was awesome! Loved the spontaneity of your replies yet they were still grounded and she knew what she was going to say really well. Also loved the questions in the end! This is the kind of interview that will hopefully get you into pre-residency :) Definitely not perfect, but I would be willing to meet applicants like these in the OR.
