Honestly your answer for why do you want to become a doctor was pretty flat. It sounded like a fancy way to say "I like science" and "I like helping people". This just isn't going to fly in most interviews. Too basic and impersonal.
That’s the vibe i got through all of these answers. It doesn’t feel like a human being talking to you, more like a youtuber making a video
Yeah I get a little leery everytime I see a video like this. "Model answers" are dangerous because I think adcoms want students that stand out from the rest and not just regurgitating answers they rehearsed from a youtube vid. Im taking my MMI at the end of the month and Im focusing on making sure my personality stands out by weaving my experiences into my answers
@@carluy7351 That's the way to do it exactly! Real experiences will always feel like a plausible motivating factor! Good luck on your MMI. My best advice for you is to read your primary and secondary applications again, and come to the MMI with an interested and pleasant demeanor.
