  • Pacific Seacraft Yachts are built for the seas. The basics of the design have stayed the same over the years because the demands of the seas haven’t changed. Although Polar Dream has the lines and appearance of a day-sailor or weekend boat from afar, the second you step aboard this 31-footer you immediately feel like you are aboard a 40 ft fully equipped offshore cruiser. You commend that she’s built for the reality of cruising rather than the illusion. With all of her control lines leading behind the dodger, an electric halyard winch, roller furling mainsail/jib/genoa, and ample space in the cockpit & down below, Polar Dream is the ideal all purpose 31-footer.

Feels like a dana 24, but with the extra birth. The only thing i hate about these smaller boats is the lack of a fridge, and the lack of dedicated shower. Other than that, its pretty awesome.

Cape Dory 33 or 330. Its not quite Pacific Sea craft quality, but its close +integral keel instead of bolted +much less spendly + the smallest serious cruiser with a seperate shower compartment.

Why not something that's for sale today instead of 5 years ago
