- In this quick video i will show you how to boot from USB stick and enable the boot menu (F12) in the Bios (F2). Its similar to the most acer laptops / notebooks from the last years (Extensa/Aspire).
How to boot the Win 10 on a laptop without any operating system.
I show also how to boot a win10 installation usb stick after creating that with "windows media Creation tool"

Hello, when the boot option menu comes under the boot manager. It isn’t detecting my usb. I plugged it in just the way you showed and them pressed f12 but it only shows “windows boot manager” or “linpus lite” so its not making sense can you please guide me on this
I followed your good instructions, but then as I was setting up Windows 10 from the USB drive, my curser disappeared (I'm sure it was not your fault) and I didn't know how to get it back. The keyboard only worked for some things.

my problem is that it takes to much time. I downloaded windows 10 on my USB Stick
USB Sandisk 32GB (USB 3.0)
i waited like 2 Days and nothing happened. There is a Acer logo and a loading circle with dots.
My rebooting isn't working what do I do?
It doesnt apper in the boot manu.
I enabled the f12 boot menu, saved and restarted, now f2 and f12 both are not bringing up the bios ! ACER Spin 1

Thank you sir. Gave a like and subscribe. Had a random "blue screen of death" on my 2 month old Acer and it refused to startup again. And kept giving me errors when trying to repair. After accessing the boot menu and enabling the setting you said to enable it restarted into windows and I didn't have to reinstall anything. Thank you for the video
This is the same problem i have had. I will leave it to run then and see if i dont need to use an external boot drive also. I was ready to pull my old pc out and format the hard drive.. thats my next step. Because i dont think windows reinstalled correctly when i did a full reset.

Please help!! I did all this and got to the end of your video but then I get a message saying driver is missing and can't be found. What am I doing wrong? I installed Windows 10 iso file and flash it with Rufus usb. But then after that I get a message that the driver is missing and can't proceed with installing my Windows....

I did all the steps that you provided and my laptop (case inspire e1-531-4624) goes to the acre screen , then stays black ..?
Maybe the keys are inverted so you have to press FN Key and then F Key.

How to use F2 if you will edit some letters or numbers. Coz if i have to press f2 it will be on airplane mode. Unlike in computer desktop it can edit easily but this Acer aspire3 laptop is different. Pls can u guide me. Thanks 🙏🏻

Mh i dont know so much about linux, some laptops have probs, but you can disable functions like secure boot if its not possible to start or install or you can select or enable legacy boot at your laptop, there are so many ubuntu versions on the market.
