And thanks for that disclaimer about restrictive diets etc. I've noticed that the more kpop content I consume, the more I tend to compare myself and what I eat with the people (idols) I am watching. And seeing people eat 1 or 2 gummy bears/jellies and claiming "they are so full and probably going to get fat" is also pretty depressing when you've just eaten an entire sandwich and had some cookies for dessert, you know? 🙈😅

Let’s also be 1,000 percent real, we know these girls don’t eat meals or probably anything with how thin they are. If they’re that thin on camera imagine what they look like in real life. You’ll obviously gain weight eating like them every day if you eat what they portray on camera.
First of all they look normal except dani, and they dont eat the same food every single day so you wont just gain massive weight like that also they litteraly workout ALL THE TIME so they will have a harder time gainning weight, i know a LOT of kpop idols have diets and stuff but not all of them are bad and not all of them are on diet (they may have been on a diet ) and its not always the company's choice sometime idols are just insecure and wants to loose weight really fast.
No hate tho its just that ppl seem to forget those things
They're young active girls who are decently tall. It's also just not that much food, most people won't gain weight on this diet. I really, really hope hybe is feeding these girls well, but we shouldn't assume. Everyone's body will react differently to food.
