I’m here because I can’t tolerate waiting each week for an episode, it’s killing me. I’m so obsessed with this show. So I’m here googling, YouTubing.. etc etc. I need more!!
just watched episode 10. it did tie up all the loose ends. I am rooting for the bad guys. Have you ever seen so many people act like hard core alcoholics.
I agree; I think they ate the baby. There is near-constant foreshadowing in every episode with the preparation (almost ritualized) of scarier and weirder foods. However, I don't think they killed him just to eat him, but I believe that's what ended up happening.
@@darith770 turned out I was wrong about the baby eating theory, anyway. I can't wait to watch season 2, this is one of the most intriguing shows on the air right now
I thought Dorothy only had a breakdown 'after' Jericho died, so it wouldn't have been a catatonic episode of neglect (or was it?) - After all those miscarriages, I would assume she'd be overprotective of the baby that was finally born -But if it was accidental, then why would Leanne be upset & take the pearl? - - Did Sean or Julian ask Leanne where the doll was placed/hidden after the baby arrived? What might happen if Dorothy saw both the doll & the baby together?
I’m just starting the video, but I believe Julian racing to the dryer FIRST when he heard the real baby crying in this episode is a clue. This could connect to the onesie. Dorothy is so crazy OCD perfect life, I can see her post traumatic stress kicking in with a baby crying. Put him in the dryer to dull the sound and Sean may have unknowingly started the dryer.
Karen N Classy! I am VERY happy this death was a realistic tragedy that happens as opposed to something far fetched. Dorothy’s crazy controlling perfect life personality is what started her going downhill. We still haven’t seen what happens during the fallout, I believe this will be the most interesting. Seeing Sean was out having an affair instead of coming home aka why the food delivery was missed. And Julian was drunk or high but not there to assist. All have valid guilt!
I think Dorothy got really stressed after the baby was born and it messed with her head, forgot about the baby in the car so baby probably died from the heat and it’s been a few days until she realized and got the baby out of the car. Therefore she didn’t know how to cope with this so she tricked herself into thinking the baby was alive but in reality she was holding a dead corpse. I don’t know about the theory of her eating the baby if so then she just saw the meat in the fridge and ate it. I definitely don’t think that Sean would eat him. Anyways this show seems dark and can’t wait until it’s all explained
My theory is Leanne is an angel/ protector of all babies that have died by the hands of someone. She has gone there to get the truth, what really happened . She wants them to admit it. .I believe the live baby is only alive as an illusion / spell that the. household can see including all the people that have come into the house including Wanda . That’s why when she left the house for her date the spell was broken. She has to be with the baby for them to see it alive. Kind of like detectives investigating a murder. Only she works for the law of the dead / heavens l/ hell whatever you believe in. . Once she gets to the bottom of this the real baby will be the transformed back to the doll. It was always the doll. Or perhaps when the brother arrives and sees what happened to the baby he could of killed everyone in the house and now they are in purgatory on trial.
Shola Grant Then why did Wanda have the baby carrier when she was running towards the house when she ran into Toby? It seems like LeeAnn doesn’t trust Julian to be home with the baby alone, so she had Wanda help out and take the baby while she was out and had her bring him back before Dorothy and Sean get back
I agree with your theory . The show shows how erratic Dorothy is from the jump . I think Sean knows how off the rails she still is but is afraid to get her the help she needs just to keep her. The dad also showed how entitled she grew up so he is trying to please her as he probably always have. Everyone tips toes around her except Natalie but that is why Julian had to distract her.
I agree, I think of Dorothy killed the baby too. I've been thinking that at least two episodes before this one....... really enjoying this series Btw, did you notice all the use of circles and sphere references and this last episode? The milk drops, Julian running in circles around the house, talking about the cat and candy how it has to spin around in a circle, etc etc. Almost saying that everything is going to come full circle?
@@vicariawilliams6585 Dorothy left baby Jericho out in the car all day , after coming back from picking up a few things . She forgot him in the car while it was 106 degrees outside. She goes in his room and realizes he wont there and then goes outside to get him and acted as though he was still alive.
Just finished the series and I’m left unfulfilled. I can’t stand when filmmakers put their desire to be clever over the audience who has invested their time and looks forward to reasonable resolution. I could just be cranky AF, you know, since we’re in the middle of a pandemic and we’ll all be dead soon.
Sorry, once you gave great credit to the show and said "theory", it discredited everything. What made sixth sense great was it was a great movie with no questions during the watch, but the ending blew your mind. Every movie he had made after was just a big question with more questions.
My theory is that the entire series is crap. The characters are not like able. The lighting is unrealistic. I understand MNS wants to make it spooky but at some point you have to turn on normal lighting in your house. And what’s up with the wine drinking?! Seems everyone’s an alcoholic. This series thinks it’s smarter than it is and the cliff hangers for the sake of cliff hanging are too much.

Yesss, it definitely explained a lot. That was such a crazy finale!! I loved it. I am definitely going to rewatch from the start.
Glad I wasn’t alone in the baby eating theory. The show focuses so much on fine and taboo cuisine.

Leanne has some powers, she is part of some divine cult but we are told nothing about it. Who do they worship, power's origin
