I think self inflicted stress helps with this to be strong enough to do something u dont want to do e.g cold showers, dopmaine detox these things can help with outer stress

Go captive and learn under someone talented then go independent afterwards. U will save $$ for leads when u leave + Will actually be quicker

Going against ur nature that has been built by ur environment is hard and needs alot of thought to solve
