Is the notification sound setting in the app for turning on/off the beep when setting a mode? I want to use the fan in the baby room but don't want it to beep while the baby is sleeping
Yes, this disabled the beep on my fan.

So weird that you do a review and do not update the app before. Did not show new features. Maybe it broke down after the update and you had to use what you filmed before the update? :)

It's strong enough for a normal use.
As strong as normal fan? Of course not. You can't expect a 2800 battery to compete with 50W fan or more. This one is rated 28W max, so 4th speed.
Mine, in only few days, the neck is broken. I can't believe the neck easily broken. This is not a cheap fan...

One thing I noticed, if you have it unplugged and if the fan is turned off, it will lose its wifi connection and you will not be able to control thru your phone. I think this is normal though to save battery power

I think the battery makes it unnecessarily more expensive and heavy to ship and buy.
Yeah but if you move it without battery it will have to reboot every time and that would be annoying
I beg to disagree, here in my city we get 11 hrs of blackout, twice or more a month. Hence, I believe a battery powered fan will be handy in my household.

@@just4therecord I bought one, and the Mi Air Purifier Pro. Got them both working with Google Assistant, but they won't show up in Alexa 🤔 I've enabled the skill and login works, but no new devices during discovery. Any idea what could be the issue?
Fredrik Dahl mine was done automatically. Have you tried to disable and enable back the skill? There are several mi home skills so make sure it’s the right one or do like me, enable them all 😋

The wind force is too weak. I love the smart functions, but the wind flow even in 100% is extremely disappointing.

I'm sorry, but I think the entire review seems about as balanced as a commercial, and it makes me wonder if you were paid to say what you did.
The claim that you "will save a lot in t your electricity bill" may fool the most gullible viewers, but I certainly don't believe it. Any old electric motor is > 90% efficient, and it isn't a lot of work to turn the blades of a fan at low to moderate speeds, so there's no way ANY fan is going to use a lot of energy, even if you run it pretty much constantly. Also, kW is not an energy unit, it is an energy flow rate. You mean one kWh (kilo-Watt-hour, 3.6 MJ (megajoule) or the energy you consume if you use 1 kW for one hour). This matters; it is equivalent to saying the distance between two cities is 1500 miles per hour!
While I realize that it may be easier to get companies to send you stuff to review, and maybe let you keep it, if they can expect a positive one, I hope you realize that to build reputation and have people stick to the channel, it is absolutely vital that you have enough integrity to be honest about the good and bad alike - as well as having at least enough competence to realise what you don't know to avoid embarrassing mistakes like not knowing that a fan doesn't use much electricity or the difference between power and energy.
This is meant to be constructive. There are positives I could mention, but I personally don't really see the point if you're genuinely interested in improving, as the positives are the stuff you don't need to change! The video (image) quality is good, the sound is clear, and your diction clear, so I don't mind that you have an accent. But when I feel like this is an ad, it just doesn't matter all that much... :)

Not really, ac can be hugely efficient depending on the application, gearing, motor selection etc etc etc.
To be honest i like these, but they are just a big copy of a usb fan.
The other dangerous thing is that it has a battery at floor level. Why not put it in the middle so that if it warps etc like most chinese batteries it doesnt set your floor on fire.
The other big dodgy part is the fact xaimoi have access to your wifi network... Nope for me

So, I can get this fan for $112,08. Is it a good deal? Also, how good is the battery life? I honestly can't sleep without a fan on, no matter the temperature. Will the battery last all night? It's going to take some getting used to the silence though lol
