Also, you're saying she wasn't a person, despite how _everyone_ treated her like one, and that she's more than a robot - she can generate an aura.
And yes, she can be rebuilt, except for two reasons:
1 a Nevermore landed right on her remains, either crushing them or scattering them away.
2: her remains are still in Amity Coliseum, which is currently in Vale. Atlas would have to go all the way back there to recover her, which is not a good idea giving how the city is in ruins and filled with Grimm.
Besides, recovering her wouldn't be a huge priority given the current situation, and it would probably be safer _and_ more efficient to simply make another aura-generating robot.
Also... what was the point of your comment? I never said she died, which is obviously what you have an issue with... for some reason.

She was a prototype, so that does mean they will probably try to create another aura-generating robot. That doesn't specifically mean they're going to rebuild Penny. They might build an entirely new one.

i feel like the most important lyrics are: "when the moon is gone", could this be foreshadowing? or at least a reference to the fact that there are different shown versions of the moon, and that it seems to be falling apart? I know monty said he had no idea what was up with the moon.
Yeah, I did wonder about that. The moon gets mentioned in from shadow as well ('...shattering the moon and bloodying the sky...') and given how symbolic the songs are of the series, it can't be a coincidence. Any thoughts anyone?

Mica T The significance of the moon goes in part with the reality of the world of Remnant. The more Grimm and closer Humanity is to extinction, the more broken the moon will be; the lesser broken the better. It has a faster "day/night" cycle than our Moon so you can see every side of it as it rises and sets in the sky of Remnant. The broken side will break even more as Grimm comes closer to killing Humanity. That's how I see it.

This made me think about all the shit I went through as a kid, getting bullied, and my dad not being present enough to help me through it. It was a rough childhood for me, and it affected me. This song is basically saying even when everything looks like there is no way to fix a certain problem, and you're alone with nobody to help you, it shouldn't stop you from doing what you want, and achieving your goals. If you want to change something or gain something, do it. It'll be hard, but it's possible. This song hit me hard in the feels, man.

The way I interpret this song, it has such a deep meaning. I believe there are moments in which we all break down, we are done, we cry and you feel this emotion pain and anger and you just shut down, but deep inside you, there is tiny bit of hope that is ready to shine.

that is the voice inside me telling me don't you dare let you enemy , demons or who ever push you low to win. I sometimes break down, and I want to yell, but then I feel this energy and I refuse to fall. Love this song, because it talks about the battle we go through, the reality of it .

I listen to this song when I feel depressed, so of course, I know all the words and instrumental cues. When they finally played it in the show, I was so overcome with emotions and memories, I was singing along-whaling and bawling dramatically while shouting out the lyrics *fist clenched, quivering lip, & single-tear*-especially, at the sight of Penny's swords!
What really surprises me is how little Rooster Teeth has been advertising this soundtrack. I had to search for it on Amazon to see if they had even made a comprehensive soundtrack yet.

1) Ruby Kicking some major ass.
2) Something REALLY dramatic/amazing and/or happy occurring.

Ever since I heard it, this was by far my favorite track in the Volume 1 OST. I got so hyped when I first heard that guitar buildup in Chapter 11. This was the LAST thing I expected to hear in-episode, but I'm so glad it was there.

It's actually a planet-destroying space station that will crash down on Vale in three-days time after Eggman blows it up.
The most popular theory I've heard is that what we've been seeing is just how the moon works in their world. Its going through its phases, but in that world, it does that by "shattering" it seems.
Apparently, Monty said that the reason the moon changes from shattered to not is because unlike ours it is not tidally locked. That means it rotates, allowing us to see different sides of it.

I love the fact that the song doesn't 'sugar-coat' the hope-less aspect of evil creatures, the Grim, the war between the white fang and the humans, and the conspiricy involving Torchwick and Cynder, and these kids right in the middle of all of it. Yet the song gives hope, that even though it looks hopeless, they won't be going down today.

They did use it, as an ending credits song
You know, something I realize about the scene in Volume 3 Chapter 11 that uses this music is that while the animations are mostly recycled from the respective weapon owners' trailers/debut moments, you've got to remember that those animations were created by Monty himself. That while all of these people in the animating department are animating the rest, this scene used the work that Monty put his heart and soul into when he first brought his creation to life.

My theory on Penny is that she is a scientifically manufactured human. One who had been altered by replacing certain parts with machines. Basically a cyborg. The reason she might act so weird is because she has had little human contact. So she doesn't quite understand how to interact with people. Again this is only my theory.

I just see Penny as a robot... have since she was introduced, considering she stayed on the ground for a while, before getting up. Just made the most sense, to me. Most people'd get up after being knocked down.
Velvet's scene felt like it was a final showcase of what Monty has shown us. Like a short compilation of all his awesome fight scenes he had done.

Velvet's fight becomes so much more awesome if you're like me and you spent 2 seasons wondering if/when this song would ever be used in the show.
Okay so the rest of the videos so far have been basically a slideshow of screenshots (great job with those, by the way). However, this one is probably the best yet. The way you use the scenes and tie them together with the lyrics is amazing, I would never have thought to use anything from the first few episodes for this song! Somehow, it all works and the outcome is totally worth being here at 12:30 AM.
