Man unite looks so fun with the new pokemon buffs and new items. But Mewtwos are still at large...😢
I guess just avoid them, or depending on what pokemon you main/play as you could actually counter Mewtwo X/Y

Urshifu and Zeraora are good candidates.
Single Strike Urshifu's Unite Move allows you to burst it down with Wicked Blow.
Zeraora basically shreds Mewtwo Y with Spark and finishes it with Wild Charge; even being fully immune to Psystrike during the latter.

Okay but imagine if char still had true damage on top of this
Bangle is basically doing what true damage allowed char to do to an extent. Pre nerf char could've used attack weight or energy amp without having to dedicate a slot to bangle
The curse items don't work with true damage.
@@GoohnSquadyou would be doing more damage, and they won't be able to heal as much.
@@GoohnSquad yeah I know, but charizard had a mix of both regular and true damage, so you’d still get the prock from the regular damage, but you’d also get extra damage thanks to true damage.
@@15chagO no like the items mechanical don't work with true damage. Only physical or special damage. It will not activate on a true damage hit.
I used Stealth Rock Dura with this item and it was actually not good for the enemies that I played against, especially the ones who used Focus Band a lot because I destroyed them. I really love it because of the AOE from the Rocks and also because it builds up the orbs, slows, deals some damage and in addition to that, less healing. That made me realise that this item is good for certain mons that has AOEs and has the third item slot flexible like Tsareena, Char and so on.
Spragels! We played together today, I was playing Clefable in bot lane with you. We were absolutely crushing, had 3 of their towers down, and none of ours were down. Then our Pikachu decided to 50/50 Ray instead of just defending it, and we lost. It was so sad to see. Hopefully matchmaking gets fixed soon. Much love man

Cursed items benefit pokemon who can spam DoT damage or very spammable skills so it's no surprise Zard has a lot of use for its respective cursed item. Zard, Lure, Pika, A9, and Venu all make good use of the items

These new item expanded the strategy of the game by a hell lot
This makes me wonder if the cursed incense does the same for Chandelure, since they both apply burn status to enemies.

It work but idk how well, I used chandelure with incense and a trevenant is dying because of it so maybe it's good.

Chandy’s burn is still physical damage, so incense won’t work
i guess every fire and poison type moves can use it. Like all the fire mons, Sludge Bomb Gengar and Petal Dance/sludge bomb Venusaur

Charizard is my most played pokemon hes been my main since the very beginning of the game. This is awesome i havent played in a few days but i definitely will be trying this out
Damn, I had no idea Charizard could move so fast in here. I'd never particularly noticed them being all that special during the short time I've been playing so far, but your Zard was a menace! That speed allowing such a strong kiting game is huge.

Char is pretty underrated
Flamethrower build still has 50% win rate in m2's meta, it was able to brawl with m2x with flamethrower DOT and flare blitz
Bangle is just making it better
Time to get back to Char finally. I wonder how Aurora veil A9 will work with cursed items.

I use the cursed band on my chomp and tbh it's pretty solid with how often an fast you attack helps secure tank and healer kills.

I was curious if the burn effect would cause it to reset that’s a really game changer because this makes it like an actual league ignite

I actually perfected a Charzard build a while ago. It’s much more offensive and is heavy on attack.
The emblem set I use is 6 orange, 4 white, 2 blue, and 2 purple. With +100 Hp and Plus 16 attack.
The held items I use is Muscle Band, Curse Bangle, And Energy Amplifier.
This build makes charazards’s Unite move devastating and can almost guarantee the final battle with Rayquaza.
Can you list the emblems you used?
Other's curse is char's blessing.
Also i think ttar is great at cursed bangle because of his passive and he can now fight in enemy goal zone better

Glad to see the solo main is much better now. I've pretty much mained him since Day 1 (even after post-nerf), so seeing him rise higher now brings a smile to my face

Honestly I had a feeling this would be good, but I didn't have Muscle Band, I had Attack Weight instead, as well as Fire Punch, but looking at it like this I think I'd like to try again this way
I ran this yesterday and I it made early game waaaaay better too!
It is like Stom Tsareena, attack wight and policy are a must but the third item was optional, but with cursed bangle, you can apply the effect in aoe all the time and is really good in TF

Hope you dont mind but i had a midway point of the video idea for next time: what is one (or two) pokemon that you always have fun playing, even in those games where the team just. can't. click? Like on Ray spawn and you only have main base while they still have all their goals. For me, Zera and Cram always fun even in rough games
Watching water bear being KOed after diving was very satisfying.
Thank god Charizard can finally play the game again. I bought him recently so now I don't regret

Try the curse bangle on Trevenant, I think this will allow for a lot more campingnin enemy bases due to the damage and health regon decrease

Quite skeptical about putting cursed items on any 'mon in solo queue since without draft mode, you don't know if the enemy is going to have a healer. IMO cursed items are only worth their slot if the enemies have a healer or some Attackers which rely on healing. Like in this game, what if you didn't have a Mew2Y on your team?

i tried this build all day it was so good uwu
The main thing that worries me about these items, as necessary as they are for the game, is that they'll need to start buffing some of the characters whose entire kits rely on healing for their survival. Horn Leech Trevenant, Dragon Pulse Goodra, and Wish Umbreon are going to be damn near unplayable in the new meta, and those are my favorite tanks, lol. Giga Drain Venusaur isn't going to work as well, and with how nicely the curse item for Sp. Atk. works on its other build, I think we'll only be seeing Sludge/Beam Venusaur going forward.
My main is also Draining Kiss Sylveon, and I'm not sure that will be super viable in its current state.

I feel like it's still lacking something ever since the True Damage nerf... but it's good to see this new item is helping a little bit!

With mewtwo Y being what it is I'm super unhappy these items are in the game at the moment. I main defenders, sometimes supporters. Pokémon that heal. Mewtwo was all ready a pain, but taking away the thing that makes defenders so tanky really hurts. I'm really unhappy with how the game has been going this last month, and hope that creators with a voice speak out about how nerfing every healer and defender worth there salt while barely touching M2Y is a bad joke.

U know, saying Mewtwo is broken s defenders should be also is not a good strategy, of course they need to nerf Mewtwo Y, but that doesn't mean defenders should break the game and don't have consequences
It's been a defender meta lately and these items are welcomed

I love defenders and supporters too but anti heal isn't a new thing in mobas. Mewtwo needs to be banned and you can just play slowbro as it doesn't get affected by either of the items. Just use the defensive set and replace focus band for cookie along with exp share and cursed incense.
defenders have been pretty annoying lately, also mons like clefable, blissey and eldegoss were a pain to deal with. Nothing compared to mewtwo obviously but i think these are good items that add counterplay to these crazy good defenders/supports.
Charizard & Greninja needs to go God tier in some upcoming sessions 😢😢

In a word where mewtwo y got nerfed to the ground, we’d actually have a really good meta. I’ve played games with ttar and bangle char with no mewtwos on either team and its the most fun ive had in a while.

As his attacks are very similar to charizard but no burn damage
As great as this I'd, I don't know if char actually offers enough to make him worth playing in the first place and the 30% healing reduction isn't quite powerful enough to make it worth taking regardless of who you are up against.
Again though, so many of these issues are fixed by draft mode.
