I will try and give an example of what Prem is talking about , he explained to me 40yrs ago the practicalities , I practiced but I'm not particularly good at it but the weeds growing through the broken concrete looked wonderful , no I wasn't drunk ❤️💪☮️
Heh, yeah.. I know the feeling, " I am not good at it." It must be our trying, when all that we have to do is be silent and still, then it will show itself to us. Because "You cant fill a full cup."

It takes 2 to tango.
Here we see a very intelligent and wise interviewer, who understands the old Greec wisdom of Socrates, Plato and Aristotle, but also is open, anno 2023, to learn more, about the right balance between the mind and the heart.
As Aristotle said:
" Educating the mind without educating the heart is no education at all."
During the interview I felt and saw magic happen, a magic, that my mind still cannot grasp, but my heart can.
" You can live as if nothing is a miracle and if everything is a miracle", Einstein said. I hope, i can learn to see and feel more about that miracle, that magic, that divine, immortal & indestructable - as Einstein said - energy , that calmness, that love, that flow, that i now can feel inside my heart.
Also i like to see the great respect Prem has for the ancient Greec philosophy and Socrates ideas, but i like even more, how we are taken to a deeper level, during this interview.
My mind cannot grasp it, what happens in this interview, but my heart knows: there is "an inner journey", that is more beautiful, than any words can describe.
Even this wise interviewer said: yes, i can feel this inner peace in myself now, that you talk about in your book.

I have this book, in Spanish and English and most of my friends really really love it.
But what is life changing is not these words, but something else, as also this interviewer noticed, during this interview.
My heart wants to be still now and whispers " hear yourself" and invites me to the most beautiful inner journey, although my busy, restless, too often very arrogant and very loud mind shouts at me, distracts me from my inner peace , my safe home, my heaven and tries to take me outside, every moment.
How can I tame my wild monkey mind?
How can I travel from my head to my heart?
Since 1974, when I met Charanand, (a very wise man from India) in Amsterdam and a little later Prem in Germany my own inner journey gets more and more beautiful and interesting, like a rose garden, that improves every year, when i , as the gardener do all the work - give water, remove weeds, cut dead branches - every day, that is needed.
Some wine gets better with age.

Prem comes from a place here, that i long for and although my mind still cannot grasp it, what happens here, my heart knows, i can feel it, it is good.
I think now, i want to feel that magic and I choose the heart, as Aristotle (a very long time ago) and these 2 very wise people (anno July 2023) advice me.
Who is wise?
I think the one, who knows himself, his mind and his heart and i am very grateful for the old wisdom of Socrates and the timeless and very modern inspiration, as i just saw here.

A world without poverty, hunger, aggression and war is possible, but only when we humans make it possible. The question remains: how can we do that ???
A very famous Dutch saying said: "Verbeter de wereld, begin met jezelf". (translation: Improve this world, start with yourself). Gandhi said the same: you have to first be the change, that you want to see in this world. I think all these wise people - Gandhi, Rumi, Kabir, Gibran, Hafiz, Goethe, William Blake, Saint Exupery, Marcus Aurelius, Shakespeare, Einstein, Hellen Keller, Socrates, Aristotle, Prem and so many others are right and always told us that same message, that we often miss, when our heart is not open.
All we need is a little more love & kindness and a lot more inner peace.

Lot of thanks to deliver an excellent clarification with Socrates,Plato and Aristotle. The Universe may not have unique achievement with their soul dealings is the fact . However Hon Prem Rawat preaching for the self peace by heart but so called religions are not accepting the fact to appreciate by their followers is the aesthetic tragedy.😂😂😂
