    I am hugely stiff from injuries and age. Am delighted to do these stretches with the goal of moving more easily. Your instruction is excellent, thank you.

      Thank you for your feedback! More research is coming out about the unique benefits of walking backwards ... the tricky part is keeping it as safe as possible. Good idea for a future video!

      Thank you for the kind words! After surgery. you should get some form of in-person Physiotherapy to decrease your knee pain, get it mobilized (straighter & bending better), and strengthen it. If appropriate for your situation, this stretch will be added to your home program. Then you can follow the details I provide here.
