How to create a Registration /Sign Up form in VB.Net

Here.. in this video we are doing the registration or sign up form for the person to register for his email id and password with some details.. we are storing data into database. Code given Below.

If your visual studio databas is not working means... u can use seperate database.. like sql management studio system.. software for database

Go inside the code and disable the try catch statement, and then run the code.. and then.. you will come to know.. what is the actual error.
