Hey they sound great here! I love it! The only way I've been able to simulate vocal fry in V1 was to use an extreme pitch bend on lower notes on Leon. I put pitch bend sensitivity on 12, and then draw a steep-ish line from nearly the bottom up to the 0 line. Good luck haha. Also, I'd recommend putting some Noise factor on Leon and Lola! Miriam doesn't need it as much, but those two are much more muffled, so you get those moments where you can't hear the s's at all almost. Just an idea though (you can see my uses of Leon and Lola aren't godlike by any means, haha)
Thank you so much! I'll have to try it next time I'm working on a song with vocal fry. Also, good advice on adjusting the Noise settings; I've been messing with it and it sounds a lot better. You're right; both of them do get muddy consonants. Even if it's not godlike, I really like what you've done with your Vocaloid stuff. Your versions of "Hands" with Leon and "Last Of Me" with Miriam are really good!
@@Retraux Aha thank you ;;v;; V1 is definitely a finnicky engine, but it's one of my favorites. I look forward to whatever you do next! And frankly it's been much too long since I finished anything either alsfsjaf
Thank you so much! I've been working on trying to get the vocals and instrumentals to balance out correctly! Do you have any suggestions for other TMBG songs I could cover? There are a lot!
@@Retraux right! That can be tough, hmmmm Its always nice to hear Birdhouse in Your Soul, and there are some good midis of it, Id also love to see which Vocaloids youd pick for that, id also love to hear if you havean UTAU, Id love to have mine do a duet with yours!
@@TestSubjectMacHoshi Good idea! That's basically the quintessential TMBG song, after all. I do have an UTAU! Her name is Autena. She's still a work in progress, though!
