If you’d like to calm your mind and release stress and tension from your body as you prepare for bed, this video is for you.
Yoga teachers often use various forms of guided relaxation at the end of classes, but it’s not just a yoga thing. Many mental health experts, therapists, and doctors have studied and used progressive relaxation and breathing protocols as a natural way to calm the nervous system. Why? Because it works!
This eight-minute guided practice combines gentle stretching with deep breathing, to relax your mind and muscles and prepare your body for sleep. So, get comfortable and let’s get started!

Hi, I just discovered you, and I'm enjoying listening to you. Any chance we can hear you talk about your experience with vitamin suppliments d3 with k2 and the safe dosages one should take. Also, I would be interested to know if whether you use a professional video editor for your content, as I would like to explore the TH-cam arena as a possible future content maker. Thank-you!

Thank you Lucas one question… do you think anybody can do this or only one having experience in yoga and stretching should do this ?? Please advise I have no prior experience with yoga or stretching.
This is suitable for beginners as well. Just take it slow, and listen to your body.

Hi can you tell us yoga for nerve damage
Yoga can be beneficial for nerve damage, but it's important to approach it cautiously and consult with a healthcare professional. Gentle yoga poses like child's pose, cat-cow, and seated forward bend can help promote relaxation and flexibility without exacerbating nerve symptoms. Always prioritize safety and listen to your body when practicing yoga with nerve damage.

I really enjoyed this. It would be helpful to know in advance what equipment, pillows, yoga blocks etc we need at the top of the video so we don't have to stop
A mat is required but yoga blocks, a cushion, yoga straps, and a stool are optional for that extra support. You don't need to buy them though as books can be good good alternative to blocks, towels for straps, and any sturdy stool.

Sir I can't sleep at night, what should I do for deep sleep if any suggest.
Establish a bedtime routine, limit screens before sleep, create a comfy environment, and try relaxation techniques like deep breathing or gentle yoga. If issues persist, seek advice from a healthcare professional.
