Hey Roy ... What Video Editor do you use for your video's?... Also how's the mods coming for the new houseboat?

Hi Rick, I've used a few. Pinnacle Studio 18 worked well but now a friend set me up with Abode Premium Pro CC 2015. The biggest problem I have is the memory on my lap top gets full and I have problems with file size. You may notice some videos are only part screen. These are some that I lacked file space for the upload. I end up deleting a bunch of files to get back to having enough free space! I will say I am very happy with the Abode PP editor. It is fast and easy to mix. I still can't seen to add music though! There is always something to learn! Lol! The houseboat has not gotten started as I had hip surgery. I'm now building a cool sailboat I designed as a recovery project and working to catch up on bills! I have not given up on doing the 22' version of our Rose but will have to see how things are looking this fall. Best/Roy

Really love that boat. Excellent design. You write very well too. The transitions in the video drive me nuts and really detract from the story. It looks like it would be fine with even less power. I wonder if a trolling motor or two would work for me.

This would be an excellent boat to utilize electric power for sheltered waters but if wind, waves and current are strong in your intended cruising grounds, a four stroke 9.9 high thrust is recommended.

But man, with solar cells on the roof on the Erie or European canals or the backwaters of Louisiana...

Tim Hayward Absolutely the places to utilize electric power!

I would have to build my own panels from cells so that they would fit seamlessly into the beautiful lines of the vessel, but what a great way to explore the inland waterways.
